ABSTRACT The development of industry always increases rapidly with the development of higher technology, one of existing technoloy in industry is control systems, control systems is the process of regulation and control of a variable to another variable. The control systems are used to support automation in industry so it can produce the high quality and quantity of the product accordance with the time given. Simulation system of training unit packing two conveyors using PLC Omron CP1E is a tool that can be used to simulate the automation on a conveyor system in the industrial world. In completing the final task there are several steps taken, such as finding the source data to support the information about final task, programming and electrical circuits and making training unit. The result of the implementation of this final task is Simulation system of training unit packing two conveyors uses PLC Omron CP1E that can be used by the students to learn more about the control and automation system in the industrial worlds safely and comfortably.
