KARAKTERISTIK JARINGAN JALAN DAN STANDAR JALAN HUTAN DI IUPHHK-HA PT ADIMITRA LESTARI KALIMANTAN UTARA

2016 | Tugas Akhir | D3 PENGELOLAAN HUTAN SVJalan hutan merupakan sarana penunjang dalam kegiatan pengelolaan hutan baik dari kegiatan pemanenan hasil hutan sampai dengan kegiatan pemeliharaan dan keamanan hutan. Dengan adanya jaringan jalan hutan maka kegiatan pengelolaan hutan dapat berjalan dengan lancar karena adanya akses keluar masuk kawasan hutan sehingga dapat mepermudah kegiatan pengelolaan hutan lestari. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui karakteristik jaringan jalan dan standar jalan yang dibuat oleh IUPHHK-HA PT. Adimitra Lestari Kalimantan Utara. Karakteristik jaringan jalan meiliki beberapa parameter yang terdiri dari Kerapatan Jalan/Road Density (RD), Jarak Antar Jalan/Road Spacing (RS), Jarak Sarad Rata-rata Teoritis (MSDt), Jarak Sarad Rata-rata Terpendek (MSDp), dan Persen Pembukaan Wilayah Hutan (E%). Sedangkan untuk standar jalan dapat digambarkan melalui hasil observasi mengenai konstruksi jalan yang dibuat dengan mengetahui spesifikasi jalan, profil jalan, lebar jalan, dan kemiringan jalan. Hasil penelitian Karakteristik Jaringan Jalan diketahui nilai RD = 13,6 m/Ha, RS = 735,3 meter, MSDt = 183,82 meter, MSDp = 211,9 meter, Vcorr = 1,15, dan E% = 86,95%. Sedangkan untuk Standar Jalan diketahui nilai Rata-rata Lebar jalan utama = 9,5 meter, Rata-rata lebar jalan cabang = 5,9 meter, Tanjakan maksimum jalan utama = 12%, Turunan maksimum jalan utama = -9%, Tanjakan maksimum jalan cabang = 15%, dan Turunan maksimum jalan cabang = -10%. Persen Pembukaan Wilayah Hutan di IUPHHK-HA PT. Adimitra Lestari termasuk dalam kategori Luar biasa atau Istimewa dengan nilai 86,95%. Sehingga seharusnya kegiatan pengelolaan hutan di areal Blok RKT 2015 berjalan dengan optimal dengan persen keterbukaan wilayah yang besar. Untuk standar jalan yang dibuat telah banyak sesuai dengan kriteria menurut buku pedoman RIL.
Forest road is supporting facility in activity of forest management like to harvest the forest product, to conserve the forest, and to secure the forest. With the availability of road network, the activity of forest management will run efficiently due to the access to in and out the forest that will make the sustainable forest management easier. The aim of this research is to find the characteristic of road network and road standard that is made by IUPHHK-HA PT. Adimitra Lestari North Borneo. Road network characteristic has some parameters that consist of Road Density (RD), Road Spacing (RS), Mean Skidding Distance theoretical average (MDSt), Mean Skidding Distance shortest average (MSDp), and open clearing area percentage (E%). However, road standard can be described by the result of the observation about road construction that had been made by looking at road specification, road profile, road density, and road grade. The result of road network characteristic observation are; RD value = 13,6 m/Ha, RS = 735,3 meter, MSDt = 183,82 meter, MSDp = 211,9 meter, Vcorr = 1,15, dan E% = 86,95%. However, the result of road standard observation are; main road density average = 9,5 meter, branch road density average = 5,9 meter, main road maximum grade = 12%, main road maximum downgrade = -9%, branch road maximum grade = 15%, and branch road maximum downgrade = -10%. The percentage of open clearing area in IUPHHK-HA PT Adimitra Lestari is categorized as above average with total value 86,95%. Therefore, the activity of forest management in area Blok RKT 2015 must be run optimally with big percentage of open clearing area. The road standard that had been made is mostly same as written in RIL manual book.
