STRUKTUR HISTOLOGIS PERKEMBANGAN INTESTINUM LARVA IKAN LELE SANGKURIANG (Clarias gariepinus Burchell,1822)

2016 | Skripsi | S1 BIOLOGIIkan lele merupakan salah satu jenis ikan air tawar yang sudah dibudidayakan secara komersial oleh masyarakat Indonesia terutama di Pulau Jawa. Dalam pembudidayaan ikan lele, stadium larva merupakan masa yang sangat penting dan kritis karena pada stadium ini larva akan sangat sensitif terhadap ketersediaan makanan dan faktor lingkungan. Sampai saat ini belum diketahui tahapan perkembangan intestinum pada ikan lele. Informasi perkembangan intestinum dan pembentukan organ pencernaan yang sempurna pada ikan lele akan sangat bermanfaat untuk upaya budidaya dan pengaturan pakan yang tepat. Pada penelitian ini digunakan larva ikan lele umur satu hari hingga enam hari. Ikan lele tersebut dibedakan menjadi sampel pagi dan sampel sore berdasarkan waktu pengambilannya. Sampel difiksasi kedalam larutan bouin dan formalin 10%. Kemudian sampel dibuat preparat menggunakan metode parafin blok dan diwarnai menggunakan Hematoxylin-Eosin dan MAF. Hasil pengamatan struktur intestinum larva lele dibandingkan dengan struktur intestinum lele dewasa. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan perkembangan intestinum larva lele dimulai pada stadium prelarva pada umur embrio 2 hari. Umur enam hari menunjukkan perkembangan struktur yang menyerupai struktur intestinum lele dewasa. Struktur intestinum yang dapat dilihat adalah: lumen, tunika mukosa, submukosa, dan tunika muskularis.
Catfish is a freshwater fish that has been cultivated commercially by the people of Indonesia, especially in Java. In the cultivation of catfish, the larvae stage is a period that is very important and critical because at this stage the larvae are very sensitive to the availability of food and environmental factors. Until now just a few an information about stage of development of the intestine in catfish is. Information intestinal growth and formation of digestive organs are perfectly in catfish will be very useful for the cultivation of effort and setting the right feed. In this experiment, use the larvae of catfish age of one day to six days. Catfish were divided into samples of morning and afternoon by the time the samples were taken. Samples were fixed into a solution of 10% formalin and Bouin. Then the sample preparations are made using paraffin blocks and stained using Hematoxylin-eosin and MAF. The observation of the structure of intestine larvae catfish compared with structures adult catfish intestine. The results obtained show the development of intestine larvae stages of catfish starts at prelarva at the age of embryos 2 days. Age six days shows the development of a structure resembling the structure of intestine adult catfish. The structure of the intestine that can be seen are: lumen, tunica mucosa, submucosa and tunica muscularis.
