OPTIMASI PERENCANAAN PRODUKSI AGREGAT DENGAN METODE LINEAR PROGRAMMING PADA INDUSTRI TAHU SUSU LEMBANG PT. THE BIG PRICE CUT GROUP (TBPC GROUP)

Industri Tahu Susu Lembang PT. TBPC Group merupakan industri yang memproduksi tahu susu. Industri ini menghasilkan tiga jenis bentuk tahu susu yaitu Tahu Goreng, Takus Kotak dan Takus Panjang. Perencanaan produksi umumnya dilakukan dengan taksiran berdasarkan peramalan data masa lalu. Namun kenyataannya, industri ini sering dihadapkan pada permintaan konsumen yang fluktuatif yang disebabkan oleh musim-musim libur karena lokasinya di daerah pariwisata. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis perencanaan produksi agregat untuk menentukan jumlah produksi optimal dan potensi keuntungan maksimal. Tujuan perusahaan dalam pendirian industri tahu susu lembang yaitu untuk mendapatkan keuntungan yang maksimal. Linier Programming adalah teknik pengambilan keputusan untuk memecahkan masalah mengalokasikan sumber daya yang terbatas diantara berbagai kepentingan seoptimal mungkin (Herjanto, 1999). Metode simpleks merupakan salah satu bagian dari metode Linier Programming yang salah satu tujuannya yaitu untuk memaksimalkan keuntungan. Hasil penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh jumlah produksi yang optimal yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan potensi keuntungan maksimal. Penyelesaian metode simpleks dengan bantuan program aplikasi LINDO 6.1 menghasilkan jumlah produksi optimal dari bulan Januari - Juni 2015 berturut turut pada Tahu Goreng yaitu dengan jumlah produksi optimal sama yaitu 149.986 Potong, Takus Kotak memperoleh jumlah produksi optimal dari bulan Januari - Juni 2015 berturut-turut yaitu 112.648 Potong; 150.429 Potong; 149.085 Potong; 142.789 Potong; 183.022 Potong; dan 194.193 Potong, serta untuk Takus Panjang berturut-turut yaitu 117.745 Potong; 174.946 Potong; 170.066 Potong; 163.449 Potong; 214.066 Potong; dan 222.912 Potong. Potensi keuntungan maksimal yang didapatlan dari bulan januari - juni 2015 berturut-turut adalah Rp.595.837.979,00; Rp.767.325.683,00; Rp.756.049.923,00; Rp.732.775.240,00; Rp.896.663.468,00; dan Rp.932.694.577,00.

Lembang Milk Industry PT. TBPC Group is an industry that produces curd. This industry has three kinds of milk tofu that is Fried Tofu, Takus Kotak and Takus Panjang. The Production Planning is generally be solved with an estimation based on forecasting of the past data. However, this industry frequently faces problems on fluctuation of consumer demand caused by the season, such as holiday season, because it is located in tourism area. This research aims to analyze the aggregate production plan to define the optimal production amount and the maximum profit probability. The objective of Lembang Milk Tofu Industry itself is to gain the profit maximally. Linear programming is decision making technique to solve problems in allocating the limited resources among various interests optimally (Herjanto, 1999). Simplex method is part of Linear Programming method which one of the objectives is maximizing the profit. The output of this research is to obtain the optimal production number to gain maximum profit probability. The completion of problems of simplex method that are helped with software LINDO 6.1 has produced number of optimal production for period from January - June 2015 for Fried Tofu is 149.986 slices respectively. Takus Kotak has produced number of optimal production from January - June 2015 as many as 112.648 slices; 150.429 slices; 149.085 slices; 142.789 slices; 183.022 slices; and 194.193 slices respectively. Then, Takus Panjang has gained number of optimal production from January - June 2015 which are 117.745 slices; 174.946 slices; 170.066 slices; 163.449 slices; 214.066 slices; and 222.912 slices respectively. Maximum potential profits gained from January - June 2015 are Rp. 595.837.979,00; Rp. 767.325.683,00; Rp. 756.049.923,00; Rp.732.775.240,00; Rp.896.663.468,00; and Rp.932.694.577,00 respectively.
