PROSES PEMBUATAN TRAINER ELECTRIC POWER STEERING

Ototronik merupakan bagian dari kompetensi bidang otomotif yang menitik beratkan pada disiplin mekanik, otomasi, dan kontrol elektonik pada kendaraan atau mobil. Tahap pertama pembuatan trainer adalah persiapan alat-alat dan bahan, seperti pipa hollow, besi kotak hollow,mur, baut,cat minyak, dan roda karet.Tahap kedua adalah pembuatan alat. Rangka-rangka yang sudah dipotong dan dilubangi sesuai ukuran digabungkan dengan las, mur, dan baut, kemudian alat-alat peraga berupa electric power steering motor, steering rack, dan steering column dipasangkan ke rangka. Dari penilitian didapatkan bahwa semua alat-alat peraga yang telah dipasangkan pada rangka berfungsi dengan baik namun untuk mendapatkan kinerja alat yang optimal masih dibutuhkan komponen berupa sensor kecepatan dan ECU (Electric Control Unit)

Ototronik is part of the competence of the automotive field that focuses on the discipline of mechanical , automation , and electronic controls in vehicles or cars . The first stage is the preparation trainer manufacture of tools and materials , such as hollow pipe , hollow steel boxes , nuts, bolts , oil paint , and rubber wheel. Second step is making the tool . Skeletons that have been cut and drilled to size combined by welding , nuts and bolts , then props such as electric power steering motors, steering rack and steering column attached to the frame . From research was found that all the props that have been paired in order to function properly , but to get the optimal performance of the tools are still needed component in the form of a speed sensor and ECU ( Electric Control Unit )
