Setiap manusia membutuhkan kendaraan untuk melakukan berbagai aktifitas sehari-hari. Kenyamanan dan kemudahan dalam kendaraan merupakan impian bagi pengguna kendaraan, hal ini adalah faktor utama demi keselamatan bagi pengguna kendaraan. Seperti pada bagian pintu mobil diharapkan pada saat membuka atau menutup kaca tidak mengganggu mengemudi. Sehingga pengendara dapat dengan mudah membuka atau menutup kaca mobil. Penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari tentang gangguan elektrik Power Window. Power Window tidak seperti komponen mesin yang di periksa secara berkala (free maintenance) akan tetapi tidak jauh juga dengan kerusakan. Untuk dapat mengatasi masalah yang terjadi pada komponen elektrik power window, maka dengan jangka waktu tertentu perlu dilakukan perawatan agar komponen elektrik power window tetap dalam kondisi yang baik.

Human life needs a vehicle to perform various daily activities. Comfort and convenience in a vehicle is a vehicle users dream, this is a major factor for the safety for vehicle users. As expected on the car door when opening or closing the glass does not interfere with driving. So, that the rider can easily open or close the windshield. This study is to learn about electrical interference Power Window. Power Window does not like parts in a machine that will periodically check but not too much damage. In order to overcome the problems that occur in electrical components and power windows, then with a certain period should be treated in order for the electric power windows remain in good condition. The results of this study is to investigate a wide range of disorders of the Power Window and can be used as prevention or treatment of learning in electric power windows in order to avoid similar damage. The damage frequently happen is glass out of order, because it catch by the seal it will be solved by silicon liquid spraying.
