Pembuatan Sistem Informasi Hotel Berbasis Web di Kota Yogyakarta

Kota Jogja adalah kota yang menjadi salah satu desinasi utama bagi para wisatawan di Indonesia. Kota Jogja menyajikan beragam jenis wisata, seperti wisata sejarah, wisata alam dan wisata budaya. Predikat Kota Jogja sebagai kota wisata ini tentunya membuat bisnis yang berkaitan dengan pariwisata tumbuh subur di Jogja, salah satunya adalah bisnis perhotelan. Pada tahun 2014 sampai 2015, pertambahan pembangunan hotel di Jogja semakin pesat. hotel yag dibangun ini beragam, mulai dari hotel kelas melati sampai dengan hotel bintang lima. Banyaknya hotel yang bermunculan di Kota Jogja ini tentunya dapat memudahkan wisatawan dalam mencari hunian pada saat mereka berwisata ke Jogja. Selama ini akses yang di dapat oleh para wisatawan dalam mencari hunian hotel adalah dari situs-situs reservasi hotel, seperti agoda.com, traveloka.com, dan trivago.com. Situs reservasi hotel yang sudah ada ini menyajikan layanan utama pencarian hotel berupa harga pemesanan kamar hotel, dan juga dapat menyajikan lokasi hotel yang ditampilkan dalam bentuk peta. Penulis terdorong untuk membuat sebuah website serupa yang menampilkan sistem informasi hotel di Kota Jogja yang dilengkapi dengan fitur query spasial. Fitur query spasial ini memmungkan pengguna untuk mencari lokasi hotel dari lokasi pengguna berada dan lokasi lain yang dikehendaki pengguna. Pembuatan website ini memanfaatkan perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi geografis yang berbasis web. Website sistem informasi hotel di Kota Jogja ini dibuat dengan memanfaatkan platform opensources OpenLayers sebagai aplikasi web mapping. Sistem informasi menggunakan data digital (shapefile) berupa posisi hotel dan lokasi penting di Kota Jogja yang diperoleh dari Google Maps. Data shapefile ini dilengkapi dengan data informasi hotel dari Dinas Perizinan Kota Jogja yang diimport ke dalam basisdata spasial postgis. Data tersebut disimpan dalam perangkat lunak GeoServer agar dapat ditampilkan dalam peta online. Fungsi - fungsi pada website menggunakan berbagai bahasa pemrograman web, seperti JavaScript dan jQuery dan bahasa markup HTML serta tampilan halaman website menggunakan CSS Sistem informasi berbasis web yang dibuat juga dilengkapi dengan berbagai query spasial maupun atribut. Untuk dapat diakses secara online, data dalam website ini disimpan dalam server PPIDS UGM dan hosting milik id-hostinger. Skripsi ini menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi berbasis web yang menyajikan informasi hotel di Kota Jogja. Website ini dapat diakses secara online pada domain jogjahotel.96.lt. Sebaran hotel pada website ini ditampilkan dalam bentuk peta interaktif. Informasi mengenai hotel disajikan dalam bentuk popup serta dilengkapi juga dengan daftar hotel berupa legenda. Website yang dibuat dilengkapi dengan fungsi query atribut berupa pencarian nama dan harga hotel serta query spasial. Fungsi query spasial yang disediakan adalah pencarian lokasi hotel berdasarkan lokasi pengguna ketika membuka website (geolocation), berdasarkan lokasi penting di Kota Jogja, dan berdasarkan lokasi pengguna melakukan klik pada peta online (on click).

Yogyakarta city is one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. Yogyakarta presents various types of tourism, such as historical tourism, natural tourism and cultural tourism. This predicate as tourism city must make tourism businesses growing fast in Yogyakarta, one of the businesses is hotels business. The development of hotels in Yogyakarta increased rapidly in 2014 to 2015. The development is various, for example four star hotel and five star hotel. By the existence of a lot of hotels in Jogja, it must help the tourists to get the lodging when they are in Jogja. Recently, the tourists get access to book for a hotel from hotel's reservation website like agoda.com, traveloka.com and trivago.com. The reservation hotel's website mostly provide the hotel's price and also provide the hotel's location based on the map. The author is encouraged to make a same. The website is packaged in a web-based hotels information system that have a spatial query feature to serve the user when looking for hotel location. Web-based hotels information system in Jogja is made by using OpenLayers opensources platform as a web mapping application. The website use digital data (shapefile) of hotels from Google Maps. Shapefile data is complemented with hotel information data from the Yogyakarta Department of Licensing. It fed into spatial database postgis then sorted to GeoServer software to be displayed to online map. The map is made with OpenLayers3 library. The website is build by markup language HTML, and web programing language such as JavaScript and jQuery and for the website layout use CSS. The information system have several atribut and spasial query. Website can be online accessed because the data are saved in PPIDS server and id-hostinger hosting. The result from this undergraduated thesis is a web-based hotels information system in Jogja. This website can be accessed at jogjahotel.96.lt. Hotels location are represented in a interactive map and the information represented with the popup and hotel list function. The website can do the operation of atribute value and spatial value. Spatial query function which is provided is searching for hotels location based on the user's location when opening website (geolocation), based on well known location in Jogja, and based on user's location when clicking on the online map (on click).
