ManfaatPraktikKerjaLapanganantara lain penulisdapatmengimplementasikanilmu yang didapatselamadiperkuliahankedalampraktikduniakerjanyata K3 (KeselamatandanKesehatanKerja) merupakansuatusistem yang sudahdiaturuntukmenjaminkeamanan, kesehatandankeselamatankerjasemuaburuh/pekerja. Setiapperusahaanwajibmenerapkansistemkeamanan, keselamatandankesehatankerja (K3). Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut ialah suatu alat yang digunakan untuk memindahkan dan mengangkat muatan baik bahan atau barang atau orang secara vertikal dan atau horizontal dalam jarak yang ditentukan. Operator Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut juga harus memenuhi persyaratan pengoperasian dan tidak sembarangan untuk menjalankan suatu Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut. Perusahaan yang tidak dimungkinkan memakai tenaga manusia untuk menjalankan proses produksi wajib diharuskan untuk menggunakan Pesawat Angkat dan Angkut untuk mendukung proses produksi. Penulis memilih tempat Praktik Kerja Lapangan di Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi DIY karena penulis tertarik dan ingin mempelajaripada bagian Hubungan Industrial khususnya pada sub bagian Pengawasansehingga penulis dapat mengetahui tugas dan wewenang secara menyeluruh tentang sub bagian pengawasan pada Kantor Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi DIY. This report was aimed to qualify the requirements for graduation 3rd Diploma Program, Vocational School of Law, Gadjah Mada University and to develop the skill and responsibility of research in the field work practice. The benefits of field work practice, among others, the writer can implements the skill which have been gamed during the study into the real working world. K3 (safety and healthy work) is a system that that have been arranged to guarante the security, healthy and safety of all the workers/laborers. Each company have to apply the system of security, healthy and safety of works (K3). Lift and transport aircraft is a tool in which it is used to move on or to carry on things or person vertically and horizontally in a specific distance. The operator of this tool also have to fullfill some conditions related to the operation of this tool, and he can not operate the tool as he likes. A company that is not possible to use the human resources in the process of production have to use lift and transport aircraft to support the process of production . The writer choose Disnakertrans DIY as the place of field work of practice because he want to learn more about the industrial relationship espacially on sub-part supervision so he knows the duty and authority entirelly about sub-part of supervision in Disnakertrans DIY.
