Hasil penelitian menunjukkan model S sebagai penduga volume tajuk. Persamaan model volume tajuk terkena cahaya dan total adalah V=E(a+(b/umur)) dimana a (konstan) dan b (slope). Pada tajuk terkena cahaya kelas tapak baik, sedang, dan buruk nilai konstan = 5,488; 4,678; dan 6,069, serta nilai slope = - 12,134; -7,599; dan -23,998. Persamaan model volume tajuk total memiliki nilai konstan = 5,395; 4,782; dan 6,250, serta nilai slope = -9,677; -6,481; dan -23,358 untuk kelas tapak baik, sedang, dan buruk. Pemodelan tajuk secara ikonik didapati nilai volume tajuk antar kelas umur berbeda-beda, hal ini mencerminkan tingkat kerapatan yang beragam.

Perhutanis Teak Plus (JPP) is one of the superior variety which was developed by Perhutani to increase teak productivity. The increasing of productivity can be done by regulating the growing space. Crown shape plays an important role in tree growth, reflecting stand density. This research aimed to define crown equation model and to estimate crown volume for JPP from Clonal Seed Orchard at age 6-13 years in each site classes in KPH Saradan. Compartements were selected based on percent of growing plants, wider diameter average, higher tree average, and accessibility criteria. In each compartement were selected 30 dominant trees as tree samples. Dominant trees were characterized by: healthy, wide-diameter stem, average trees are high, and straightness stem. The analyzed was done by dividing site class into three classes, namely good, medium, and poor. The lighted crown and the shaded crown section models were described by a paraboloid and a cone shapes, respectively. Regression analysis was used to estimate crown volume models using each as independent variable. Coefficient determination, significance F and T were used to acceptance model. The results showed that S model was proposed to predicted crown volume for 6-13 years. The model equation for both lighted crown volume and total crown volume was V=E(a+(b/)) ; a (constant) and b (slope). The constant values for lighted crown volume were 5,448; 4,678; 6,069, and the slope values were -12,134; -7,599; -23,998 for good, medium, and poor site class respectively. The constant values for total crown volume were 5,395; 4,782; 6,250, and the slope values were -9,677; -6,481; -23,358 for good, medium, and poor site class respectively. The iconic model for crown volume each classes was different. It reflected variation of density level.
