DAMPAK PARIWISATA TERHADAP PENDAPATAN MASYARAKAT LOKAL DI OBJEK WISATA ALAM KALIBIRU

Pariwisata merupakan suatu industri yang banyak menghasilkan devisa bagi negara. Tujuan penyelenggaraan kepariwisataan adalah untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan rakyat. Dukungan dari semua pihak seperti pemerintah daerah sebagai pengelola, masyarakat yang berada di lokasi objek wisata serta partisipasi pihak swasta sebagai stakeholder dapat menunjang pengembangan pariwisata di suatu daerah. Salah satu obyek wisata yang berkembang atas kerjasama pemerintah daerah serta masyarakat lokal adalah Objek Wisata Alam Kalibiru. Sejak 12 Desember 2007, Objek Wisata Alam Kalibiru yang terletak didalam kawasan hutan lindung secara resmi dikelola masyarakat lokal (HKm Mandiri) selama 35 tahun dengan adanya Izin Pemanfaatan Hutan Kemasyarakatan. Penelitian yang diajukan penulis bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak pariwisata terhadap pendapatan masyarakat lokal di Objek Wisata Alam Kalibiru. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan menggunakan Metode Sensus terhadap 102 anggota HKm Mandiri. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif sehingga diperoleh output berupa grafik dan tabel. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, dapat diketahui bahwa 61% masyarakat lokal memperoleh pendapatan pokok 100% dari sektor pariwisata sedangkan 39% masyarakat lokal memperoleh pendapatan dari sektor pariwisata dan non wisata. seperti pertanian, peternakan, usaha dan jasa. Kegiatan pariwisata di Objek Wisata Alam Kalibiru memberikan dampak ekonomi langsung terhadap pendapatan masyarakat lokal sebesar Rp 1715607,659 (Rp 1.715.608,00) dengan persentase kenaikan pendapatan sebesar 680,5716 %. Petani HKm Mandiri memiliki peluang untuk memperoleh pendapatan tambahan dari partisipasi dalam pengelolaan Objek Wisata Alam Kalibiru mulai dari Rp 885.917,00 hingga Rp 6.885.917,00. Pihak pengelola sebaiknya mengembangkan atraksi wisata baru maupun penambahan fasilitas sehingga daya tarik wisatawan terus meningkat.

Tourism is an industry that generates a lot of income for the country. The purpose of tourism is to increase economic growth and improve people's welfare. Supporting from all stakeholders such as local government as the manager, the people who were at the attraction and participation of the private sector as stakeholders to support the development of local tourism. One of the attractions that thrive on cooperation of local governments and local communities are the Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object. Since December 12, 2007, Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object located within formally protected forest areas managed by the local community for 35 years with the Community Forest Utilization Permit. Authors proposed research aims to determine the impact of tourism on local people's income in Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object. Sample selection is done by using Census Method for 102 members of Community Forestry Mandiri. Data analysis was performed by descriptive method to obtain the output in the form of charts and tables are arranged by category so easily analyzed. Based on the analysis, it can be seen that 61% of local people obtain basic income of 100% of the tourism sector, while 39% of local people earn income from the tourism sector and other sectors such as agriculture, livestock, business and services. Tourism in Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object gave the direct economic impact through local community income Rp 1715607,659 (Rp 1.715.608,00) while the local community income increased 680,5716 %. Farmers of Community Forestry Mandiri have the opportunity to earn additional income from participation in the management of the Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object ranging from Rp 885.917,00 to Rp 6.885.917,00. The management advice should develop new tourist attractions as well as additional facilities to attract tourists continues to increase and to plan alternative jobs outside the tourism sector so that when the Kalibiru Natural Tourism Object decreased visitor, people are still able to survive.
