Motor induksi adalah jenis motor listrik yang paling banyak di gunakan di dunia industri. Dalam dunia industri pengolahan minyak, motor induksi merupakan instrumen yang vital dalam proses produksi. Sehingga dibutuhkan perawatan yang maksimal untuk menjaga efisiensi motor induksi tersebut dan untuk menjaga kelangsungan proses produksi. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi motor adalah kerusakan isolasi winding ataupun winding pada motor tersebut. Pada kesempatan ini penulis mengambil judul �Rewinding Stator Motor Induksi 3 Fasa 380 V 10 HP�. Motor induksi mengalami kerusakan karena over current sehingga kumparan pada stator terbakar dan harus diperbaiki. Langkah perbaikan motor induksi tersebut adalah dengan proses rewinding stator. Proses ini meliputi penggantian winding yang terbakar. Dalam proses perbaikan dilakukan beberapa pengukuran dengan menggunakan standar Electrical Apparatus Service ssociation (EASA). Proses rewinding dilakukan agar motor yang mengalami kerusakan dapat digunakan kembali untuk mendukung proses produksi. Motor induksi merupakan motor yang dapat dihandalkan, oleh karena itu perusahaan di bidang industri banyak menggunakan motor tersebut.

Induction motor is an electric motor type most widely used in industry. In the world of oil processing industry, the induction motor is a vital instrument in the production process. So that maximum care is needed to maintain the efficiency of the induction motor and to maintain the continuity of the production process. One of the factors that affect the efficiency of the motor is winding or winding insulation damage to the motor. On this occasion, the authors take the title of " Rewinding Stator Motor Induksi 3 Fasa 380 V 10 HP ". Induction motor is damaged due to over current in the stator winding burn and should be corrected. Step repair the induction motor is the stator rewinding process. This process includes the replacement of winding burned. In the process of repair done some measurements using the standard Electrical Apparatus Service ssociation (EASA). Rewinding process is done so that the motor is damaged can be reused to support the production process. Induction motors are powerful motor, therefore many industrial companies in the field of using the motor.
