PERBEDAAN KONSENTRASI LARUTAN SODIUM HIPOKLORIT 2,5% DAN 5,25% SEBAGAI BAHAN IRIGASI TERHADAP KEKUATAN PELEKATAN PUSH-OUT BAHAN PENGISI SALURAN AKAR GUTAPERCA DAN RESIN EPOKSI SERTA RESILON DAN RESIN METAKRILAT

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui perbedaan konsentrasi larutan NaOCl 2,5% dan 5,25% sebagai bahan irigasi terhadap kekuatan pelekatan push-out bahan pengisi saluran akar gutaperca dan resin epoksi serta resilon dan resin metakrilat. Subjek penelitian 28 gigi premolar mandibula. Saluran akar dipreparasi menggunakan file putar sampai file #40/0,04. Subjek dibagi dalam empat kelompok terdiri dari 7 gigi. Kelompok IA diirigasi NaOCl 2,5% dilanjutkan EDTA 17% dan diobturasi gutaperca/resin epoksi, Kelompok IB diirigasi NaOCl 2,5% dilanjutkan EDTA 17% dan diobturasi Resilon/resin metakrilat, Kelompok IIA diirigasi NaOCl 5,25% dilanjutkan EDTA 17% dan diobturasi gutaperca/resin epoksi, Kelompok IIB diirigasi NaOCl 5,25% dilanjutkan EDTA 17% dan diobturasi Resilon/resin metakrilat. Seluruh orifice ditutup semen ionomer kaca dan disimpan inkubator dengan suhu 370 C selama 7 hari. Seluruh gigi dipotong horizontal 2 mm pada bagian sepertiga apikal dan di uji kekuatan pelekatan Push out dengan mesin Universal Testing Machine Fakultas Teknik Mesin UGM. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan ANAVA dua jalur dan uji LSD (α=0,05%). Pengamatan kegagalan pelekatan bahan pengisi saluran akar dilihat enggunakan perbesaran 40X pada mikroskop stereo. Rerata kekuatan pelekatan Push out pada kelompok irigasi NaOCl 2,5% dengan bahan pengisi gutaperca dan siler resin epoksi menunjukan lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok lain. Uji ANAVA dua jalur membuktikan ada perbedaan bermakna kekuatan pelekatan Push out antar kelompok dan uji LSD menunjukan kelompok irigasi NaOCl konsetrasi 2,5% dengan bahan pengisi gutaperca dan siler resin epoksi memiliki selisih rerata terbesar bermakna dari pada kelompok lain. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah Kekuatan pelekatan push out dengan irigasi NaOCl 2,5% dengan obturasi gutaperca dan siler resin epoksi menunjukan kekuatan pelekatan push out yang lebih tinggi dari pada kelompok lain.

The aim of this study was to determine the differences between NaOCl concentration of 2.5% and 5.25% as irrigation material against push out bond strength of gutta percha root canal filler and epoxy resin along with resilon and methacrylate resin. The subjects of this study were 28 mandibular premolars. Root canals were prepared using rotary files up to #40/0.04. Subjects were divided into four groups of 7 teeth. IA group was irrigated using 2,5% NaOCl, followed by 17% EDTA and then obturated using gutta percha/ epoxy resin. IB group was irrigated using 2.5% NaOCl, followed by 17% EDTA and then filled with Resilon/methacrylate resin, IIA group was irrigated using 5.25% NaOCl, followed by 17% EDTA and then obturated by using gutta percha/epoxy resin, Group IIB was irrigated using 5.25% NaOCl, 17% EDTA and then obturated by using Resilon/methacrylate resin. The orifice filled with glass ionomer cement and stored in an incubator at a temperature of 37oC for 7 days. Specimens were then horizontally sectioned at apical third of 2 mm thickness and push out bond strength test were done with the Universal Testing machine. The data were analyzed with two way ANOVA and LSD test (α = 0.05%). adherence failure of root canal filling material observed with stereo microscope at 40x magnification. The mean push out bond strength of the group irrigated with 2.5% NaOCl and filled with gutta percha and epoxy resin was higher than the other groups. Two-way ANOVA test proved thatthere were significant difference of push out bond strength between groups and LSD test showed that a concentration of 2.5% NaOCl irrigation with gutta percha filler and epoxy resin sealer has the greatest mean significant difference from the other groups. It was concluded that push out bond strength with 2.5% NaOCl irrigation and gutta percha filling material and epoxy resin sealer was higher than the other groups.
