PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI RUMAH SAKIT SUB MODUL : LABORATORIUM

Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rekam Kesehatan Elektronik (SIMRKE) membutuhkan suatu pengembangan dalam sistem informasi laboratorium. Pada awalnya sub modul laboratorium SIMRKE menggunakan cara kerja dan sistem yang sama dengan sistem bagian poli rawat jalan. Sedangkan laboratorium rumah sakit membutuhkan sistem yang berbeda, yang dapat mengelola jenis-jenis tes, data pasien dan pelaporan yang baik. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang terjadi pada laboratorium rumah sakit adalah dengan membuat sistem informasi yang dapat menangani pengolahan jenis-jenis tes, data pasien dan pelaporan. Sistem informasi laboratorium rumah sakit dibangun dengan menggunakan Microsoft Visual Studio, menggunakan basis data Microsoft SQL Server dan pelaporan menggunakan Crystal Report. Sistem informasi ini mampu melakukan pengelolaan jenis-jenis tes beserta detail-detailnya, dan mengelola hasil tes pasien baik rawat jalan ataupun rawat inap. Selain itu juga, sistem ini mampu memberikan keluaran berupa laporan hasil tes pasien.

Management Information Systems Electronic Health Record (SIMRKE) requires the development of a laboratory information system. At first sub lab module SIMRKE using work methods and the same system as part of poly outpatient system. While the hospital laboratory requires a different system, which can manage the types of tests, the patient data and good reporting. The solution to overcome the problems that occur in the hospital laboratory is to create an information system that can handle the processing of other types of tests, the patient data and reporting. Hospital laboratory information system built using Microsoft Visual Studio, using a Microsoft SQL Server database and reporting using Crystal Report. This information system is able to manage these kinds of tests along with the details, and manage test results of patients either outpatient or inpatient. In addition, the system is able to provide output in the form of a report patient test results.
