PERSEPSI GURU TENTANG CITRA DAN KINERJA PRESIDEN SUSILO BAMBANG YUDHOYONO DAN IMPLIKASINYA TERHADAP KETAHANAN SOSIAL BUDAYA (STUDI DI SMA NEGERI 39 JAKARTA)

Guru juga harus bertanggung jawab terhadap segala tindakannya dalam pembelajaran di sekolah, dan dalam kehidupan bermasyarakat. Penelitian ini membahas persepsi guru tentang citra dan kinerja Presiden SBY dan implikasinya terhadap ketahanan sosial budaya. Dengan studi pada SMA Negeri 39 Jakarta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, yang menggambarkan persepsi guru dalam menilai citra dan kinerja Presiden SBY di bidang pendidikan dan kesejahteraan. Untuk mendapatkan data dan fakta yang valid, digunakan teknik observasi dan wawancara mendalam serta diskusi terarah atau Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Wawancara dilakukan kepada guru-guru yang mengajar di berbagai bidang studi sesuai dengan kepentingan penelitian yang memenuhi kriteria yang ditentukan. Data yang ada selanjutnya dianalisis dengan tiga alur kegiatan yang dilakukan secara bersamaan yaitu mereduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan penelitian diketahui bahwa persepsi guru di SMA Negeri 39 Jakarta tentang citra dan kinerja Presiden SBY menunjukkan bahwa selama memimpin Indonesia, Presiden SBY tidak mendapatkan porsi pemberitaan yang berimbang sehingga citranya cenderung negatif dan semakin menurun. Sedangkan kinerjanya di bidang pendidikan dan kesejahteraan, para guru menilai Presiden SBY sudah berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan melalui program-program yang dicanangkan dan kesejahteraan guru juga semakin meningkat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun Presiden SBY citranya cenderung negatif dan menurun, namun persepsi guru tentang citra dan kinerja Presiden SBY tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan sosial budaya di SMA Negeri 39.
Teachers are educators, who become leaders, role models, and identification for the students, and the environment. Teachers also must take responsibility for his actions in learning at school, and in social life. This study discusses the teacher's perception of the image and the performance of the President SBY and its implications for social and cultural resilience. With studies at SMAN 39 Jakarta. The method used is descriptive qualitative, which reflect the perceptions of teachers in assessing the image and the performance of the President SBY in the field of education and welfare. To obtain valid data and facts, use observation techniques and in-depth interviews and discussions focus or Focus Group Discussion (FGD). Interviews were conducted for teachers who teach in various fields of study in accordance with the interests of research that meet the specified criteria. Existing data were then analyzed with three grooves activities carried out simultaneously, namely data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. Based on the research note that perceptions of teachers in SMA Negeri 39 Jakarta about the image and the performance of the President SBY indicate that during the lead Indonesia, President SBY did not get a portion impartial reporting so that its image tends to be negative and declining. While its performance in the field of education and welfare, teachers assess the President SBY has been trying to improve the quality of education through programs launched and welfare of teachers also increased. The results showed that although the President SBY’s image tend to be negative and declining, but the teacher's perception of the image and the performance of the President SBY does not affect the social and culture resilience in SMA 39.
