KEPUASAN STAKEHOLDER (ATASAN LANGSUNG) TERHADAP KUALITAS LULUSAN ANALIS KESEHATAN POLITEKNIK KESEHATAN DENPASAR

Tenaga kesehatan yang sangat berperan dalam pelayanan laboratorium kesehatan adalah analis kesehatan. Sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan tinggi kesehatan yang berperan dalam melahirkan lulusan tenaga kesehatan yang berkompeten, jurusan analis kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar, selalu berusaha meningkatkan kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan. Untuk itu diperlukan suatu evaluasi diri terhadap kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan dengan menilai dari kepuasan stakeholder (atasan langsung) tempat lulusan analis kesehatan bekerja. Hasil studi pendahuluan melalui wawancara terhadap beberapa stakeholder ditemukan bahwa stakeholder pengguna lulusan memiliki beberapa faktor ketidakpuasan. Faktor � faktor tersebut meliputi soft skill dan hardskill. Tujuan Penelitian : Untuk mengukur kepuasan stakeholder terhadap kualitas lulusan Analis Kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. Metode Penelitian : Jenis penelitian diskriptif analitik dengan metode mixed methods expalanatory sequential. Subjek penelitian kuantitatif adalah 58 orang lulusan analis kesehatan, dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi. Sebagai penilai adalah dokter patologi klinik/atasan langsung lulusan analis kesehatan yang bekerja di rumah sakit Bali. Subjek penelitian kualitatif adalah atasan langsung analis kesehatan, lulusan analis kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar, pranata laboratorium, dan dosen. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stakeholder belum sepenuhnya puas terhadap kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. Hal ini sebabkan kinerja/kualitas lulusan belum memenuhi harapan stakeholder. Belum maksimalnya kualitas lulusan disebabkan kurang memadai fasilitas terutama fasilitas laboratorium di jurusan analis kesehatan. Selain itu, beberapa kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran belum tepat dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan mahasiswa. Kesimpulan : Kurangnya fasilitas, tidak tepatnya kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran jurusan analis kesehatan menyebabkan kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan kurang maksimal sehingga berdampak pada stakeholder yang belum sepuhnya puas terhadap kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan. Peningkatan fasilitas dan perbaikan kurikulum dan strategi pembelajaran jurusan analis kesehatan diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas lulusan analis kesehatan.
Background: Quality of health services cannot be separated from medical laboratory services. The health workers who play important role in medical laboratory services are medical laboratory technologist. As one of the higher education institutions that play a role in providing of competent medical worker, medical laboratory technology department of Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar, keep improving the quality of medical laboratory technology graduates. Therefore, it required a self-evaluation of medical laboratory technologist graduates by assessing the stakeholder (supervisor) satisfaction in where the medical laboratory technologist work. Results of preliminary studies through interviews with several stakeholders it was found that the stakeholder have some dissatisfaction factors. These factors are soft skills and hard skills. Objective: To measure stakeholder satisfaction on the quality of medical laboratory technologyst of Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. Research Method: This study was a descriptive analytic study with mixed methods expalantory sequential. Subject quantitative of research were medical laboratory technologist as 58 people selected based on inclusion criteria. The assessors are doctors of pathology clinic/medical laboratory technologist supervisor who work in hospitals in Bali. Qualitative research subject was supervisor of medical laboratory technologist, graduate of medical laboratory technology of Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar, laboratory worker, and lecturer. Results: The results showed that the stakeholders have not been fully satisfied with the quality of medical laboratory technology graduates of Politeknik Kesehatan Denpasar. This was caused by the performance/quality of graduates has not met the expectations of stakeholders. Low quality of graduates was due to inadequate facilities, especially laboratories in medical laboratory technology department in addition, some of the curriculum and learning strategy is not appropriate to the needs of students. Conclusion: The lack of facilities, inappropriate curriculum and learning strategies of medical laboratory technology department led to quality medical laboratory technologist graduates less maximum so that affect the stakeholders who have not been fully satisfied with the quality of graduates. Improvement of facilities, curriculum and learning strategies analyst of medical laboratory technologist department is expected to improve the quality of medical laboratory technologist graduates.
