Prototype Sistem Informasi Surveilans untuk Kewaspadaan Dini Masalah GAKI di Kabupaten Magelang

Latar belakang: Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan GAKI sangat dibutuhkan dalam kegiatan surveilans, Sistem yang berjalan saat ini di Kabupaten Magelang, masih terdapat beberapa kendala diantaranya: kelengkapan, keterlambatan, dan belum mempunyai Database, sehingga mengalami kesulitan untuk memperoleh kembali data dan informasi yang diperlukan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut perlu dilakukan pengembangan sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan GAKI yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Metode penelitian: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan Action Research. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah Tim GAKI Kabupaten Magelang sedangkan obyeknya adalah sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan GAKI. Hasil penelitian: Sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan GAKI yang sedang berjalan, menurut pengguna belum ideal, sehingga perlu dikembangkan. Prototype Sistem Informasi Surveilans GAKI (SIS GAKI) dirancang sebagai pengembangan sistem yang lama. Sistem ini dirancang dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dengan menggunakan Database MySQL dalam bentuk aplikasi barbasis Web. Hasil pengujian fungsional sistem responden menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 65,7%, dan sebesar 34,3% menyatakan setuju. Pengujian kualitas informasi, responden menyatakan sangat setuju sebesar 61,9% dan yang menyatakan setuju sebesar 38,1%. Semua responden menyatakan setuju terhadap kualitas informasi yang dihasilkan. Kesimpulan: Prototype SIS GAKI bisa digunakan sebagai pengganti sistem pencatatan dan pelaporan GAKI yang selama ini berjalan, proses input, laporan dan informasi yang dihasilkan lebih akurat, tepat waktu dan relevan dibandingkan sistem yang lama. Background : Recording and Reporting system of IDD is badly needed in the surveillance activity. In the recent system existed in Magelang District, there are still some obstacles to be faced, such as completeness, retardation and the absence of database, which cause difficulties to find back both required data and information. Based on the problem identified, its urgently needed to develop a recording and reporting system of IDD which can meet the needs of user. Method: This is a descriptive-qualitative research using action research approach. the subjects of this research are IDD team from Magelang District while the object is the recording and reporting system of IDD. Result: According to the team as users, the recent reporting and recording system in IDD hasnt been considered as ideal, so its required to be developed. This Prototype of Surveillance Information System of IDD (SIS IDD) is designed with PHP language using Database MySQL in the form of web based application. The system functional testing result 65,7% states strong agree and 34,3 % states agree. In the information quality testing, respondents who state strong agreement as much as 61,9 % and those who are agree are 38.1%. All of respondents state their strong agreement and agreement towards the quality of information produced. Conclusion: Prototype of SIS IDD can be used to substitute the recent recording and reporting system. Compared with the old one, the new system is more accurate, punctual, relevant and faster in input processing, reporting and informing. Key Words: Surveillance, IDD, Information System , Prototype
