Rencana Bisnis Sentra Pendidikan Bank BRI Di Ungaran Jawa Tengah

2015 | Tesis | S2 ManajemenRencana bisnis pengembangan Sentra Pendidikan (Sendik) Bank BRI di Ungaran Jawa Tengah ini dimaksudkan untuk memberikan solusi bagi kebutuhan pendidikan Bank BRI yang makin meningkat. Saat ini pelaksanaan pendidikan bagi karyawan di Bank BRI dibebankan kepada Divisi Diklat dan Sendik BRI sebagai pusat biaya (cost center). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis peluang peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi pelaksanaan pendidikan apabila tugas tersebut dibebankan kepada Sendik BRI sebagai suatu pusat laba (profit center). Pembahasan dilakukan terhadap alternatif tindakan yang menghasilkan bahwa pendirian Sendik baru adalah sebagai pilihan tindakan yang paling baik. Dari hasil analisis keuangan dengan mengestimasi NPV, IRR dan Discounted payback period dapat disimpulkan proyek investasi Sendik baru tergolong layak dijalankan karena mampu memberikan kontribusi laba bagi Bank BRI. Selanjutnya untuk pemilihan lokasi Sendik baru digunakan Metode pusat gravitasi (Center of gravity method) dan metode pemeringkatan faktor (Factor rating method) diperoleh hasil bahwa lokasi Ungaran di selatan Semarang merupakan tempat yang paling ideal. Analisis strategi bisnis dengan pendekatan General business environments diimplementasikan pada Rencana Pemasaran, Operasi dan SDM agar Sendik BRI sebagai profit center dapat melayani secara profesional kebutuhan jasa pendidikan kepada karyawan internal Bank BRI maupun ekternal perbankan yang membutuhkan.
This business plan of developing Bank BRI Educational Center (Sentra Pendidikan, Sendik) in Ungaran, Central Java, is intended to offer a solution for the increasing needs of Bank BRI education. At present, the implementation of education for Bank BRI employees is assigned to Division of Education and Training and BRI Sendik as a cost center. The present research was conducted to analyze the opportunities of improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation of education if the duty were assigned to BRI Sendik as a profit center. Discussion was made on alternative actions and concluded that establishing a new Sendik is the best choice of action. From a financial analysis by estimating NPV, IRR, and Discounted payback period it can be concluded that the new Sendik investment project fell into a category of feasible because it would contribute some profit to Bank BRI. Furthermore, for locating the new Sendik, a Center of gravity method and a Factor rating method were used, and the result obtained was that Ungaran to the south of Semarang was the most ideal location. A analysis of business strategy by a General business environments approach was implemented on Marketing plan, Operation, and HR in order that BRI Sendik as a profit center may serve professionally the needs of educational services to those Bank BRI internal employees and external banks that need them.
