PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dalam industri Air Minum Dalam Kemasan (AMDK). Berlokasi kantor di jalan Raya Solo-Sragen, PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA mengusung brand air minumnya dengan nama UTRA. Proses pengolahan air minum dalam kemasan yang dilakukan sudah cukup kompleks dengan menggunakan bantuan mesin-mesin berkapasitas besar. Terdapat tiga jenis produk yang di produksi PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA, yaitu produk jenis botol, galon dan cup. Produk jenis botol menjadi andalan bagi perusahaan, hal ini dapat terlihat dari mesin yang digunakan merupakan mesin baru yang canggih, dengan kapasitas mencapai 92 botol per menit membuat produksi berlangsung dengan sangat cepat. Pada kenyataannya, kapasitas tersebut sulit untuk dicapai karena kinerja mesin pengisi botol yang kurang efektif. Banyak faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas kinerja mesin, salah satu yang paling berpengaruh adalah faktor penggunaan tenaga manusia. Penggunaan tenaga manusia untuk beberapa proses seringkali mengakibatkan pekerjaan tidak stabil karena pekerja mengalami kelelahan. Untuk itulah diperlukan pengukuran terhadap kinerja mesin pengisib otol untuk melakukan evaluasi perbaikan agar efektivitas kinerja mesin pengisi botol dapat ditingkatkan, sehingga produktivitas dan profitabilitas perusahaan dapat ditingkatkan

PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA is a company engaged in the industry of Bottled Drinking Water (bottled water). Office located on highway Solo-Sragen, PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA carrying drinking water brand by the name of UTRA. The processing of bottled drinking water that is done is quite complex with the help of large-capacity machines. There are three types of products in the production of PT GUWATIRTA SEJAHTERA, the product type of bottles, gallon and cup. Product types bottled become a mainstay for the company, it can be seen from the engine used a sophisticated new engine, with capacity to reach 92 bottles per minute to make the production takes place very quickly. In fact, the capacity is difficult to achieve because of the bottle filling machine performance is less effective. Many factors influence the effectiveness of the performance of the machine, one of the most influential factor is the use of human labor. The use of manpower for some processes often lead to unstable work because workers experience fatigue. To that required measurement of engine performance pengisib otol to evaluate improvements to the effectiveness of the bottle filling machine performance can be improved, so that the productivity and profitability of the company can be improved.
