Pengukuran Produktivitas Pada Industri Phia Deva Bakery Dengan Metode OMAX

Siklus hidup suatu perusahaan tidak selalu stabil dan berada pada posisi baik tanpa adanya usaha dan kinerja dari perusahaan untuk selalu mempertahankan posisi perusahaannya. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu indikator yang dapat menunjukkan kinerja industri. Indikator tersebut adalah produktivitas. Produktivitas merupakan tolak ukur yang sangat penting untuk mengetahui maju mundurnya kegiatan usaha atau bisnis dari suatu perusahaan dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur produktivitas selama periode Januari 2014 sampai dengan periode Desember 2014 dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX)dan menemukan langkah pengendalian untuk meningkatkan produktivitas produksi pada Phia Deva Bakery. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam mengukur produktivitas suatu perusahaan yaitu metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Metode ini dapat digunakan untuk membuat keputusan dan sebagai pemecah masalah. Metode OMAX yaitu metode pengukuran produktivitas yang memiliki kriteria yang cukup unik yaitu dalam beberapa kriteria dan format pengukurannya dalam bentuk matriks. Dengan metode ini dapat diketahui rasio kerja yang harus dioptimalkan terlebih dahulu agar perusahaan stabil dan mencapai target yang diinginkan perusahaan. Produktivitas pada industri Phia Deva Bakery selama periode pengukuran dari bulan Januari 2014 sampai bulan Desember 2014 adalah fluktuatif. Bobot rasio yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar yaitu jumlah produk cacat berbanding jumlah produk yang dihasilkan dengan persentasi sebesar 28,30%. Rasio yang memiliki skor aktual terbanyak pada kriteria buruk dan perlu perbaikan adalah rasio 1 yaitu jumlah produk baik yang dihasilkan berbanding jumlah total jam kerja.

The life cycle of a company are not always stable and in a good position without any efforts and performance of the company to always maintain it is position. Because of that, a company requires an indicator that shows the performance of the industry. The indicator is the productivity. Productivity is a measure that is extremely important to know the reciprocation of operations or business of a company within a certain time. This study aims to measure the productivity over the period January 2014 to December 2014 period by using Objective Matrix (OMAX) and found the control measures to improve manufacturing productivity in Phia Deva Bakery. One of method that can used to measure the productivity of the company is Objective Matrix method (OMAX). This method can be used to make decisions and as a problem solver .OMAX method is the method of measuring productivity has unique criteria that is in some criteria and measurement format in the form of a matrix.With this method, the work ratio that must be optimized first can be known, so that the company is stable and achieve the desired target company. Productivity on Phia Deva Bakery Industry during measurement period time from January 2014 to December 2014 is fluctuated. The weight ratios which have the biggest influence is the sum of flawed product against the sum of total product with percentage of 28,30%. The ratio that have most actual score on the bad criteria and need to be repaired is Ratio 1, the sum of good products against the total of work time.
