Penulis mengangkat judul Prosedur Pendirian CV. Kasih Ibu Melalui Akta Notaris karena penulis ingin mengetahui bagaimana cara pembuatan CV melalui akta notaris. Cara pembuatannya biasanya di dahului dengan memenuhi syarat berupa memenuhi dokumen dan mengikuti prosedur-prosedur yang ada. Tujuan dilaksanakannya Praktik Kerja Lapangan ini agar penulis mengetahui kegiatan pada Kantor Notaris. Penulis juga dapat mengetahui bagaimana perbedaan teori dan praktik. CV merupakan suatu bentuk badan usaha bisnis yang didirikan dan dimiliki oleh dua orang atau lebih untuk mencapai tujuan bersama dengan tingkat keterlibatan pihak yang berbeda-beda. Pihak tersebut adalah Sekutu Komanditer dan Sekutu Komplementer. Proses mendirikan CV relatif lebih mudah dan tidak perlu pengesahan dari Kementrian Hukum dan HAM karena CV merupakan badan usaha bukan badan hukum sehingga pendiriannya tidak serumit mendirikan PT.

The author choose the topic of The Establishment Procedure Of CV. Kasih Ibu Through A Notary Deed because the author want to study how to establish a CV through the notary deed. The way of establishment is usually preceded by fulfilling the requirement and the document needed. The purpose of this field practice is to find out the activities in the notary office. The author will also learn the difference between the theory and practice. CV is a form of bussiness organization founded and owner by two or more people to reach the same good with different level of involvment. The person is a main partner and complementary partner. The process of establishy CV is relatively easier and do not require the validation from the ministry of law and human rights because CV is a bussiness entity, not a corporation so that the requirement is not a complicated as establishy incorporated company.
