Analisa Kerusakan pada Hydraulic Cylinder Bucket Excavator PC1250-8

Cylinder Bucket adalah salah satu komponen penting dalam Front Attachment Excavator. Komponen tersebut dikombinasikan dengan Hose yang mengalirkan aliran oli hidrolik yang berasal dari main pump sampai ke Cylinder Bucket yang mempunyai fungsi menggerakan bucket pada Excavator. Jika Cylinder Bucket tidak bekerja sesuai standar maka akan terjadi banyak masalah dan terjadi kerusakan pada inner parts nya. Metode penelitian adalah pengumpulan data dari berbagai literature, pengamatan kerusakan Cylinder Bucket, mekanik berpengalaman dan mandor. Ini bisa membantu menyelidiki masalah. Ada banyak masalah operasional yang menyebabkan Cylinder Bucket mengalami kerusakan. Masalah kerusakan bisa diminimalisir dengan menerapkan perawatan yang tepat dari cylinder atau rod seperti pembersihan pemasangan kembali, dan yang lebih penting menjaga kebersihan dari oli hidrolik dan semua alat-alat bantu. Dan juga area kerja harus bersih.

Bucket Cylinder is one of the important components in a Front Attachment of Excavator. Hose components are combined with the hydraulic oil flow from the main pump to the bucket cylinder that function as Excavator bucket shaking. If Bucket Cylinder does not work in properly way there will be a lot of problems arise and damage to the inner parts. The study method are the collecting data from many literatures, the observation of cylinder bucket demages, the experienced mechanics and foreman. It could help investigate the problems. There are many operational problems that lead to Bucket Cylinder damage. The damage problems can be minimized by applying proper care of the cylinder or rod like cleaning reassembling, and more importantly, maintain the cleanliness of hydraulic oil and all the props. Also the work area should be cleaned.
