ANALISIS KAPASITAS BATCHING PLANT TANAH ABANG PT. ADHIMIX PRECAST INDONESIA

2015 | Tugas Akhir | D3 TEKNIK SIPIL SVBatching plant adalah alat yang digunakan dalam pembuatan beton siap pakai ( ready mix concrete ) dengan memiliki beberapa alat penunjang lainnya seperti loader, truck mixer dan generator set sebagai penggerak listrik. Perhitungan kapasitas batching plant sangat penting untuk mengetahui kemampuan produksi di plant dalam memproduksi beton serta menganalisis permasalahan yang ada. Metode pencampuran beton yang digunakan batching plant Tanah Abang adalah metode wetmix. Untuk mengetahui kapasitas batching plant diperlukan perhitungan sequence waktu percampuran, dan jam kerja produktifitas batching plant. Untuk mengetahui kapasitas pengiriman diperlukan perhitungan cycle time pengiriman, perhitungan kemampuan produksi berdasarkan jumlah TM, kapasitas TM dan Cycle time. Hasil dari analisis dapat dilihat bahwa kemampuan pengiriman terhadap kapasitas batching plant tidak memenuhi produksi, kapasitas batching plant diperoleh hasil sebesar 1044 m3/hari. Namun kemampuan pengiriman hanya 966 m3/hari sehingga proses produksi mengalami keterlambatan dalam hal pengiriman. Sehingga solusi dari masalah keterlambatan adalah dengan menambah atau mengganti jumlah armada truck mixer untuk dapat memenuhi suplay produksi beton kepada pelanggan.

To determine the required delivery capacity delivery cycle time calculation, calculation of production capacity based on the number of TM, TM capacity and cycle time. Results of the analysis can be seen that the delivery capabilities of the capacity of production does not meet the batching plant, batching plant capacity obtained yield was 1044 m3/day. However, the ability to send only 966 m3/day, so that the production process has been delayed in delivery. So the solution of the problem of delay is to add or replace a fleet of truck mixers for concrete production to meet supply to customers.
