ANALISIS KRITERIA SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU KOMPONEN ROBOT TERAPI PASCA PENYAKIT STROKE DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS (AHP) (STUDI KASUS DI CENTRA, YOGYAKARTA)

Salah satu faktor kesuksesan suatu perusahaan adalah proses pengadaan material. Hal tersebut dapat terjadi karena dengan material bahan baku yang terbeli mencapai 50-80% dari total biaya produksi. Pemilihan supplier merupakan masalah pengambilan keputusan yang melibatkan multi-person dari pendapat ahli yang mempunyai cara pandang, tanggung jawab, pengalaman sebagai pengambil keputusan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan strategi pemilihan supplier yang tepat pada CenTRA agar harapannya perusahaan dapat memproduksi robot dengan biaya seminimal mungkin namun juga tidak mengabaikan hal lain seperti kualitas, pelayanan, dan ketepatan waktu. Karakteristik kebutuhan supplier dari berbagai perusahaan adalah hal yang berbeda dan bersifat judgment, maka perlunya dilakukan pengkajian lebih lanjut terhadap kebutuhan dari CenTRA. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan penentuan kriteria yang dipakai CenTRA untuk kemudian diberikan alternatif terbaik sebagai pilihan supplier yang dibagi menjadi 4 tahap. Tahap pertama adalah pengumpulan kriteria dengan menggunakan kuesioner terbuka yang diberikan terhadap procurement dari berbagai industri dan ditambah dengan studi literatur mengenai pemilihan kriteria pemilihan supplier. Tahap kedua adalah penentuan kriteria oleh CenTRA dan kemudian divalidasi kembali oleh procurement untuk mengecek validitasnya. Tahap ketiga yaitu penyebaran kuesioner pairwise terhadap staff dari CenTRA untuk kemudian dihitung pembobotannya terhadap kriteria yang diberikan dilanjutkan dengan penghitungan dengan menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Kemudian, pada tahap keempat yaitu adalah evaluasi terhadap supplier dan penentuan alternatif terbaik pada masing-masing jenis supplier. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 14 kriteria yang dianggap penting oleh CenTRA, diantaranya adalah harga, kualitas, pengiriman, sejarah dan performa perusahaan, garansi, kapasitas dan kapabilitas teknis. Hasil tersebut kemudian dicari pembobotannya antar kriteria dan dilakukan evaluasi terhadap supplier. Kemudian, didapatkan hasil bahwa pada PT. A mendapatkan skor tertinggi untuk badan robot dan PT. E mendapatkan skor terbaik pada komponen elektrik.

One of the success factors of a company is the procurement process of materials. It said that the cost of the materials purchased up to 50-80% of the total production cost. The supplier selection is a decision making problem that involves multi-person of expert with different perspectives, responsibilities, experiences. Therefore, it needs a proper supplier selection strategy in CenTRA not only to produce robots with a minimum cost but also care about other things such as product quality, services, and timeliness. Every company has different perspective about characteristics of the supplier that is the best of them. So that it needs proper study of the needs of CenTRA. This research is focusing in the determination of the criteria for supplier used by CenTRA to choose the best supplier for them. The supplier selection is divided id four stages. The first stage is the collect criteria using a questionnair to the procurement staff of some industries and literature study about criteria of choosing best supplier. The second stage is determination of the criteria by CenTRA which is validated by the procurement later to check its validity. The third stage is giving score to the criteria using pairwise questionnair to the staff of CenTRA and then calculated using Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The final stage is the evaluation of suppliers and determine the best suppliers for CenTRA. The result showed that there are fourteen criteria that is important for CenTRA which are price, quality, delivery, history, performance, warranty, capacity and technical capabilities. Then find the score of those criteria and evaluate the supplier. It showed that PT. A gets the highest score for the robot body and PT. E gets the highest score for the electrical components.
