PERANCANGAN RUANG ISOLASI KEDOKTERAN NUKLIR RSUP Dr. SARDJITO

Keberadaan ruang isolasi ialah untuk mencegah kontaminasi zat radioaktif dari proses metabolisme tubuh pasien. Untuk mengatasi hal tersebut perlu dilakukan pembatasan dosis. Agar nilai batas dosis tidak terlampaui maka perlu dilakukan salah satu cara yaitu pembagian daerah kerja seperti yang tertulis di dalam Perka Bapeten No.17 tahun 2012 Pasal 35. Pembagian daerah kerja dapat dibagi menjadi 2 bagian yaitu: daerah pengendalian dan daerah supervisi. Pada Perka Bapeten No.4 tahun 2013 Pasal 27 Nilai Batas Dosis (NBD) yang diterima di daerah pengendalian memiliki potensi melebihi 3/10 NBD pekerja radiasi. Pada Perka Bapeten No.4 tahun 2013 Pasal 29 NBD yang diterima di daerah supervisi memiliki potensi kurang dari 3/10 NBD pekerja radiasi dan melebihi NBD anggota masyarakat. Untuk ruang isolasi terletak di daerah pengendalian. Kapasitas ruang isolasi di Instalasi Kedokteran Nuklir RSUP Dr. Sardjito ialah 4 orang. Barang-barang yang mempengaruhi ukuran ruang isolasi ialah tempat tidur, meja, kursi yang masing-masing jumlah 4 buah. Di dalam ruang isolasi juga harus tersedia toilet yang ukuran lebarnya mempengaruhi ukuran luas ruang isolasi. Ukuran tempat tidur 2 x 0,9 m, ukuran meja 1,2 x 0,7 m, ukuran kursi 0,4 x 0,35 m, sehingga diperoleh ukuran luas ruang isolasi 9,3 x 4,8 m.

The existence of isolation room is to prevent radioactive contamination from the patient's metabolic processes. To overcome this, limitation of the dose need to be done. So that the value of the dose limits are not exceeded, there should be a way of dividing the work area as it is written in Perka Bapeten number 17 of 2012 Article 35. The division of the working area can be divided into two parts: control region and supervision region. At Perka Bapeten number 4 of 2013 Article 27 Dose Limit Value (DLV) received in the control region has the potential to exceed 3/10 radiation workers DLV. At Perka Bapeten number 4 of 2013 Article 29 received in the supervision region has the potential of less than 3/10 radiation workers DLV and exceed people DLV. The isolation room is located in the control region. The capacity of isolation room in Installation Nuclear Medicine RSUP Dr. Sardjito is 4 people. Items that affect the size of the isolation room are bed, table, chairs, each 4 pieces. In the isolation room there should be available toilets that size affects the space area of isolation room. Bed size is 2 x 0,9 m, table is 1,2 x 0,7 m table, chair is 0,4 x 0,35 m in order to obtain space area 9,3 x 4,8 m of the isolation room.
