ANALISIS PENGARUH UTANG LUAR NEGERI, DEFISIT ANGGARAN, DAN UANG BEREDAR TERHADAP PERTUMBUHAN EKONOMI DI INDONESIA PERIODE TAHUN 1981-2013

Penelitian ini mencoba mengetahui pengaruh utang luar negeri, defisit anggaran, dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia pada periode 1981 hingga 2013. Data yang digunakan merupakan data tahunan dari beberapa lembaga keuangan. Dalam menganalisis pengaruh utang luar negeri, defisit anggaran, dan jumlah uang beredar, model yang digunakan adalah Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) dengan variabel dependen Gross Domestic Product (GDP) riil untuk melihat pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi merespon positif terhadap perubahan utang luar negeri dan jumlah uang beredar, merespon negatif terhadap defisit anggaran dan krisis 1998. Variabel yang mempunyai pengaruh, berkontribusi besar dan mampu menjelaskan perubahan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi adalah jumlah uang beredar, pengaruhnya cenderung terus meningkat disetiap periodenya hingga akhir pengamatan.

The purpose of this study to find the effect of external debt, budget deficit, and the money supply to economic growth in Indonesia between 1981 to 2013. The study uses annual data from several financial institutions. In analyzing the effects of foreign debt, budget deficit and money supply, the model used is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM) with the dependent variable Gross Domestic Product (GDP) to see real economic growth. The results show the economic growth response positive to changes or shock foreign debt and the money supply, response negative to the budget deficit and the crisis of 1998. The variables have an influence, high contribution and was able to explain the changes to the economic growth is the money supply, the effect tends to increase each period until the end of the observation.
