Intisari Persaingan dalam industri sangat ketat ,membuat perusahaan harus membuat produk yang berkualitas tinggi bagi pelanggan, sebuah kesalahan kecil yang dibuat oleh perusahaan membuat citra perusahaan akan menjadi buruk . Oleh karena itu penulis membuat mesin penyortir otomatis dengan menggunakan PLC dan pneumatik untuk membuat pekerjaan operator lebih mudah dan meminimalisir baranng yang buruk dapat terkirim ke konsumen. Untuk menyelesaikan Tugas Akhir ini tentang pembuatan simulasi sistem mesin penyortir otomatis ada beberapa metode yang telah dilakukan yaitu mengumpulkan beberapa data dari keadaan disekitar, membuat program dan juga membuat simulasi menggunakan peralatan yang tersedia di laboratorium PLC. Dari hasil simulasi ini pembuatan sistem penyortir mesin kontrol otomatis dapat disimpulkan bahwa simulasi sistem kontrol telah berhasil dibuat dan dapat diaplikasikan di dunia industri.

Abstract Competition in the industry is very tight, it makes the company had to make a high quality product for customers, a little mistake which is made by the company make the company's image worse. Therefore author make automatic sorter machine by using PLC and pneumatic to make work easier and minimize the bad stuff to be sent to the customer. To complete this final project about manufacturing simulation of the automatic sorter machine system there are several method that have been done namely collecting some data from its real state, making the program and also create a simulation using equipment available in the laboratory of PLC. From the result of this manufacturing simulation of the automatic sorter machine control system it can be concluded that simulation of the control system has been succesfully created and it can be applied.
