IMPROVEMENT PROSES ADHESIVE APPLICATION UNTUK MEMPERCEPAT CYCLE TIME DI PT DENSO INDONESIA

Produktivitas pada proses adhesive application jika di bandingkan dengan proses lainnya pada line stator merupakan yang terendah sehingga perlu dilakukan improve. Tujuan dari improve pada proses adhesive application adalah untuk menaikkan cycle time proses sehingga produktivitas dapat meningkat. Untuk dapat melakukan improvement maka dilakukan evaluasi terhadap proses sebagai metode dalam pengumpulan data dan informasi yang digunakan sebagai dasar dalam melakukan improvement. Dan pada proses ini dilakukan improvement dengan pembuatan mesin adhesive application yang menggunakan kontrol PLC. Setelah improvement maka dilakukan trial terhadap mesin adhesive application, didapatkan bahwa cycle time meningkat dari 19,7 detik menjadi 9 detik. Sehingga dengan meningkatnya cycle time maka produktivitas proses adhesive application mengalami peningkatan.

Productivity in adhesive application process when compared to other process in stator line is the lowest so it is necessary to improve. The aim of improvement on adhesive application process to increase cycle time process so that productivity can be increased. To be able to carry out the evaluation of the improvement process as a method of collecting data and information in making improvement. And in the improvement process is carried out with manufacture of adhesive application machine that uses a PLC control. After improvement conducted trial against adhesive application machine, and found that increased cycle time of 19.7 seconds to 9 seconds. So with increased cycle time then the adhesive application process productivity increased.
