Perkembangan teknologi di dunia yang semakin pesat mengakibatkan dibutuhkannya tenaga profesional dalam jumlah yang besar. Dengan demikian, dibuatkannya tugas akhir yang berjudul Rekondisi Motor Suzuki Spin 125 cc ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan keterampilan mahasiswa dalam hal maintenance motor Suzuki Spin 125 cc. Dalam pengerjaan tugas akhir ini, melalui beberapa proses yaitu engine top overhaul, penggantian, dan perbaikan. Komponen-komponen sepeda motor yang diganti seperti karet vakum karburator dan accu. Untuk komponen-komponen yang dilakukan perbaikan yaitu ulir lubang baut intake manifold pada head cylinder. Literatur tahapan-tahapan proses pengukuran dan penggantian komponen diperoleh dari pengalaman saat praktik maupun dari manual book Suzuki. Tujuan dibuatnya tugas akhir Rekondisi Motor Suzuki Spin 125 cc yaitu, untuk memperbaiki ulir lubang baut intake manifold pada head cylinder yang mengalami keausan, mengganti karet vakum karburator yang rusak, serta menambahkan aki kering untuk menghidupkan motor starter sehingga kini motor Suzuki Spin 125 cc tersebut dapat bekerja secara optimal.

Technological developments in the world is rapidly increased need for skilled professionals resulted in large numbers. Therefore, made thesis entitled "Reconditioning Suzuki 125 Spin cc Motorcycle" is expected to help the skills of students in terms of maintenance Suzuki Spin 125 cc. In this final project, through several processes, there are engine top overhaul, replacement, and repair. Motorcycle components is needed to the replaced likes rubber vacuum carburetors and batteries. For the components of the improvement is threaded screw hole in the intake manifold cylinder head. Literature stages of process measurement and replacement of components derived from the experience of current practice and Suzuki manual book. The goal made the final project "Suzuki Spin 125 cc Recondition" that was, to fix the screw hole in the intake manifold on the broken head cylinder, rubber vacuum carburettor replacement, and adding a dry battery to turn the starter motor. The Suzuki Spin 125 cc can run optimally.
