Mekanisme Perbaikan Boom Cylinder dan Sistem Autolubrication

Dalam rangka mengeksplorasi batu bara maka dibutuhkan suatu alat pendukung yaitu, alat berat khususnya excavator. Excavator digunakan dalam rangka mencapai target produksi yang telah dicanangkan. Oleh karena itu performa suatu alat berat akan selalu diperhatikan pihak kontraktor agar profit yang dihasilkan bisa maksimal. Untuk mendapatkan hasil yang maksimal tersebut maka perlu adanya planning maintenance yang baik. Maintenance yang baik adalah maintenance yang dilakukan secara berkala (schedule maintenance) yang telah diatur oleh produsen alat berat (minning suport) sehingga umur excavator ataupun life time komponen komponen tersebut sesuai dengan ekspektasi kontraktor dan dapat mengurangi cost maintenance. Dalam beroperasi, excavator berfungsi untuk proses houling, digging dan loading sehingga salah satu bagian front attachment memiliki kinerja yang paling banyak adalah actuator boom cylinder karena menopang berat seluruh kegiatan front attachment dan beban. Kerja dari boom cylinder hidrolik yang terus menerus ini pasti akan mengalami kerusakan yang tidak dapat dihindari dan dapat menggangu kinerja unit tersebut. Namun permasalahan tersebut dapat diminimalisir dengan langkah melaksanakan schedule maintenance serta perawatan seperti Pemilihan dan pergantian oli hidrolik yang tepat, Pergantian filter oli sesuai schedule maintenance, Melakukan proses inspeksi pada saat daily check, Pengoperasian yang tepat (tidak melakukan modifikasi) dan Melakukan oil analysis tiap 250 jam sehingga availability unit tinggi sesuai dengan yang direncanakan.

In case of coal exploration an excavator is needed. Excavator is used in order to reach the target of production to which have been proposed and projected. Therefore, performence of heavy equipment should be watched over by the contractor in order to gain maximum profit. A good maintenance planning should be arranged to get it. A good maintenance is something which has been schedule (schedule maintenance) that heavy equipment manufacture (minning suport) have been arranged so, the excavator can be used for long term or life time components in accordance to the expectation of the contractor and to decrease cost maintenance. In operation, excavator has functioned as houling prosess, digging and loading so, one part of front attachment so, that one part of the front attachment has a performance that most of the actuator boom cylinder because it props the whole process of the front attachment and weight. If the boom cylinder hydrolic works in almost all the time, there is a big possibility that there will be an unavoided demage and can interfere with performance of the unit. However these problems can be minimized by measures implementing schedule maintenance and managing such as election and change of hidraulic oil (in schedule maintenance), replace of oil filter according to the schedule maintenance, doing inspection proses at the time of daily check, operation right (no modification) and the last conduction oil analysis every 250 hours so, high unit availability as a planned.
