Intisari Perubahan Sosial Ekonomi Nelayan Desa Jatikontal Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Purworejo Maratul Muslimah (11/318059/PN/12380) Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui perubahan sosial nelayan, perubahan pendapatan, dan ragam sumber pendapatan nelayan. Lokasi penelitian yaitu Desa Jatikontal Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Purworejo. Seluruh responden pada penelitian Imronah (2006) diwawancarai kembali. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan observasi lapangan. Data sekunder berasal dari penelitian Imronah (2006), Badan Pusat Statistika Kabupaten, Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Purworejo dan Kantor Desa Jatikontal. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perubahan sosial yang terjadi yaitu pertambahan usia nelayan yang mempengaruhi kemampuan fisik nelayan untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penangkapan. Anak-anak nelayan yang memasuki usia kerja sebanyak 77,78% sehingga mempengaruhi pendapatan keluarga. Hasil tangkapan dari Kali Pantai tidak dapat diandalkan. Jumlah nelayan yang masih aktif tiga orang dari total nelayan responden (15 orang). Sumber pendapatan utama nelayan tahun 2004 dengan 2015 masih sama yaitu berasal dari usaha tani dan nderes. Sumber pendapatan lain nelayan tahun 2004 yaitu wiraswasta, buruh bangunan, dan guru, sedangkan tahun 2014 dari petambak, buruh tambak, wiraswasta, dan guru. Fenomena pembukaan tambak udang terjadi di Desa Jatikontal sejak tahun 2010. Jumlah nelayan yang memiliki tambak sebanyak 4 orang dari 15 responden. Kegiatan penangkapan mulai dikembangkan di Desa Jatikontal pada tahun 2002 setelah adanya bantuan dari Pemerintah. Faktor penyebab perubahan sosial adalah pembangunan, masuknya pendatang dari luar Desa Jatikontal, dan berkembangnya teknologi informasi. Pembangunan yang pernah dilaksanakan di Desa Jatikontal antara lain pembangunan jalan poros desa, pembangunan TPI, pembangunan jalan penghubung TPI Jatikontal dengan Jatimalang. Kelompok masyarakat yang terdapat di Desa Jatikontal antara lain kelompok petani, kelompok nelayan, dan kelompok petambak.

Abstract Socio-Economic Changes Of Fishermen In Jatikontal Village Purwodadi Sub-District Purworejo District Maratul Muslimah (11/318059/PN/12380) The research aims to understand the social change, the change of fishermen's income and the source of fishermen's income. The location of study is Jatikontal village, Purworejo Regency, where studied by Imronah in 2006. All respondens of the Imronah's study (2006) was interviewed back. Data which has been collected consist of primary and secondary data. The primary data was obtained through interviews and field observations, while the secondary data came from Imronah's study (2006), the Central Bureau of Statistics, Department of Marine and Fisheries Purworejo and Village office. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results showed that social change of the fishermen caused by age accretion affecting fishermen's physical ability to carry out fishing activities. Fishermen's children that entering working age as much as 77.78 % . Its affecting the family income so that abandoned fishing activities. Source of fishermen income also changed. The capture fishery of Kali Pantai is not feasible. Currently the total number of active fishermen is only 3 fishermen from 15 total respondents. The main income source of fishermen in 2004 to 2015 is still same which are farming and "nderes". The others fishermen's income source in 2004 are self-employed, construction workers, and teachers, whereas in 2014 from farmers, farm workers, self-employed, and teacher. The opening of shrimp ponds happens in the Jatikontal Village since 2010. The number of fishermen who have farms are 4 fishermen from 15 of total respondents. Fishing activity began to be developed in the Jatikontal village in 2002 through the local goverment initation program. The factors that causing social change are the development, the immigrants from outside of Jatikontal village and the advancement of technology information. The developments which have undertaken in Jatikontal Village that stimulate socio-economic changes are the construction of village access roads, construction of TPI, and construction of connecting road from TPI Jatikontal to Jatimalang. People groups in Jatikontal village are farmers, fishermen, and shrimp farmers groups.
