PROFESIONALISME PEGAWAI PAJAK DAN INTENSI MELAKUKAN WHISTLEBLOWING (Studi Kasus Pada KPP PRATAMA MAGELANG)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh profesionalisme dan intensi melakukan whistleblowing para pegawai pajak di KPP Pratama Magelang. Dimensi profesionalisme yang diteliti dalam penelitian ini antara lain adalah dimensi afiliasi komunitas, dimensi kewajiban sosial, dimensi dedikasi terhadap pekerjaan, dimensi keyakinan terhadap peraturan sendiri atau profesi, dan dimensi tuntutan untuk mandiri. Selain lima dimensi tersebut faktor lain yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah intensi melakukan whistleblowing. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara langsung di KPP Pratama Magelang. Kuesioner yang dibagikan adalah sebanyak 89 kuesioner, seluruhnya dikembalikan dengan lengkap. Hasil penelitian menunjukan profesionalisme (dimensi afiliasi komunitas) berpengaruh negatif terhadap intensi melakukan whistleblowing. Profesionalisme (dimensi kewajiban sosial, dimensi dedikasi terhadap pekerjaan, dimensi keyakinan terhadap peraturan sendiri atau profesi, dimensi tuntutan untuk mandiri) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intensi melakukan whistleblowing.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of professionalism and whistleblowing intentions on KPP Pratama Magelang. Professionalism dimensions in this study include the dimension of community affiliation, belief in service to the public, a sense of calling to the field, belief in self regulation, and autonomy. In addition to the five dimensions were other factors involved in this study is the intention of doing whistleblowing. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires directly on KPP Pratama Magelang. The questionnaire is as much as 89 questionnaires distributed, completely were accepted back. The result showed professionalism (community affiliation) has negative influence on whistleblowing intentions. Professionalism (belief in service to the public, a sense of calling to the field, belief in self regulation, and autonomy) have positive and significant influence on whistleblowing intention.
