ANALISIS KOMPONEN DAYA TARIK WISATA KAMPOENG DJOWO SEKATUL, DESA MARGOSARI, KECAMATAN LIMBANGAN, KABUPATEN KENDAL, JAWA TENGAH

Objek wisata Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul terletak di Desa Margosari, Kecamatan Limbangan, Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah. Berjarak sekitar 37 kilometer dari Kota Kendal ke arah selatan melewati Kecamatan Kaliwungu dan Kecamatan Boja. Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul merupakan perpaduan antara wisata budaya, wisata pendidikan, dan wisata alam. Objek wisata ini berada di kaki Gunung Ungaran bagian barat dan memiliki luas sekitar 12 hektar. Terletak di ketinggian 640 meter diatas permukaan laut, sehingga memiliki udara yang sejuk dengan suhu harian rata-rata 24º Celsius. Dilengkapi fasilitas umum berupa Rumah Joglo, penginapan, pondok makan, tempat rapat, kolam renang, area outbound, area parkir, toilet, mushola, pusat informasi, toko souvenir, dan hotspot. Penelitian ini membahas tentang analisis komponen daya tarik wisata Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul dan strategi pengembangan lebih lanjut. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan angket yang disebar kepada 100 orang responden yang berada di lokasi objek wisata dengan teknik random serta melakukan wawancara kepada pihak pengelola terkait informasi umum. Terdapat empat komponen utama dalam penelitian ini, yaitu: aksesbilitas, fasilitas, atraksi wisata, dan pelayanan tambahan. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan persepsi 100 orang responden diketahui bahwa komponen aksesbilitas yang mempunyai nilai paling tinggi yaitu pernyataan berupa keterjangkauan lokasi sebesar 69%. Komponen fasilitas yang mempunyai nilai paling tinggi berupa kolam renang sebesar 70%. Komponen atraksi wisata yang mempunyai nilai paling tinggi berupa kegiatan outbound sebesar 71%. Komponen pelayanan tambahan yang memiliki nilai paling tinggi berupa pelayanan petugas kolam renang sebesar 65%.

Attraction Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul located in the Margosari Sub-District, Limbangan District, Kendal Regency, Central Java. Located about 37 kilometers from city of Kendal to the south past the Kaliwungu District and Boja District. Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul is a blend of cultural tourist, educational tourist, and nature tourist. This attraction is located at the west foot of Mount Ungaran and it has an area of approximately 12 hectares. Located at an altitude of 640 meters above sea level, so as to have the cool air with an average daily temperature of 24º Celsius. Equipped public facilities such as Joglo, lodging, cottage dining, the meeting place, a swimming pool, outbound area, parking area, toilets, mushola, information center, souvenir shops, and hotspots. This study discusses the components analysis of tourist attraction Kampoeng Djowo Sekatul and strategies for further development. The method used is descriptive qualitative method by using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who were on site attractions with random techniques and conduct interviews related to the manager of public information. There are four main components in this study, namely: accessibility, facilities, attractions, and additional services. The results based on the perception of 100 respondents is known that accessibility components that have the highest value, namely statements concerning the affordability of locations by 69%. Components of the facilities that have the highest value in the form of a pool of 70%. Components of tourist attractions that have the highest value in the form of outbound activity by 71%. Additional service component that has the highest value in the form of a pool attendant services by 65%.
