Pemanfaatan Teknologi Restful Web Services dalam Sistem Sinkronisasi dan Pengajuan Permintaan pada Sistem Informasi Museum Terdistribusi

Informasi yang disajikan dalam sistem informasi museum ini meliputi data koleksi, dengan jumlah data koleksi yang beraneka ragam di dalam sistem informasi museum. Terkadang masih terdapat objek koleksi yang sejenis namun terletak pada museum yang berbeda-beda. Keterkaitan data objek koleksi ini belum dapat terorganisir dengan baik karena museum yang satu tidak mengetahui data koleksi museum yang lain. Padahal antar museum tersebut memiliki objek koleksi terkait satu sama lain. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi museum perlu dihubungkan sehingga data objek koleksi antar sistem informasi museum dapat dikaitkan satu sama lain.. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan solusi supaya sistem informasi museum dapat terhubung satu sama lain, yaitu dengan dibuatnya sistem sinkronisasi dan sistem pengajuan permintaan menggunakan teknologi Restful web services. Adapun metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur kinerja sistem adalah metode performance testing dan load testing. Sistem sinkronisasi yang diimplementasikan pada sistem informasi museum dapat mengatasi permasalahan mengenai adanya relasi informasi data objek koleksi pada sistem informasi museum yang berbeda-beda. Melalui sistem pengajuan permintaan ini, permasalahan yang muncul mengenai penjagaan orisinalitas informasi dari sistem sinkronisasi dapat diatasi.

The information presented in this museum information system includes data collection, with a number of diverse collections of data within the museum information systems. Sometimes there are collections of similar objects, but lies in the different museums. Linkage is a collection of data objects can not be well organized because the museum does not know the data of other museum collections. Yet between the museum has a collection of objects related to one another. Therefore, information systems need to be connected so that the museum object data collection between the museum information systems can be linked to each other .. This study aims to provide a solution that museum information systems can be connected to each other, ie the synchronization system and the system made of a request using Restful web services technology. The method used to measure the performance of the system is the method of performance testing and load testing. Synchronization system implemented on the museum information systems can overcome the problem of the relation information object data collection on information systems of different museums. Through a system of filing this request, the problems that arise regarding custody originality of the information synchronization system can be overcome.
