Manajemen Hubungan Stakeholder (Studi Kasus Praktek Humas Comdev PT Bintang Delapan Mineral dalam Mengelola Hubungan Baik dengan Stakeholder di Kabupaten Morowali Provinsi Sulawesi-Tengah)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalis manajemen hubungan stakeholder PT BDM dengan stakeholder yang didasarkan pada keberhasilan PT BDM menjadi satu-satunya industri pertambangan di Blok Bahodopi. Manajemen hubungan dimaknai sebagai proses pengelolalaan hubungan baik dengan stakeholder yang diterapkan melalui praktek Humas-Comdev PT BDM, untuk menganalis praktek Humas-Comdev PT BDM peneliti mengolaborasikan model komunikasi (1) arah komunikasi (one way- two way), (2) keseimbangan komunikasi (two way symmetrical a two way asymmetrical) & (3) saluran komunikasi (media dan komunikasi interpersonal) dengan atribut kepemilikan stakeholder (power, legitimacy, urgency).Metode Studi kasus digunakan pada penelitian kualitatif ini, sedangkan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan staf Humas-Comdev PT BDM, Triangulasi Sumber (Mahasiswa, Wartawan, Ketua Serikat Pekerja), dokumentasi dan kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik penjodohan pola. Pemetaan atribut stakeholder menghasilkan tiga prioritas stakeholder PT BDM yakni stakeholder prioritas utama (Pemerintah daerah, kepala desa lingkar tambang, investor), stakeholder prioritas menengah (Mahasiswa) dan stakeholder Prioritas rendah (Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat, Karyawan PT BDM, Media). Model komunikasi Humas Comdev PT BDM terhadap masing-masing stakeholder berbeda, dominasi two way symmteric a personal influence diterapkan ketika perusahaan menghadapi stakeholder prioritas utama ataupun koalisi stakeholder, sedangkan two way asymmetrical-personal influence diterapkan ketika berhubungan dengan stakeholder prioritas menengah dan rendah, ataupun saat situasi yang mengharuskan perusahaan untuk bertindak cepat.

This research aims to analyze the stakeholder relationship management in PR BDM with the stakeholders that based on the successful of PT BDM become one and only mining industry in Bahodopi Block. Relation management means a managing proccess of a good relation with the stakeholder that applied through the Public relation-Comdev in PT BDM, to analyze the public relation-comdev's practice in PT BDM, the researcher colaborated the communication model (1) communication way (one way-two way), (2) balanced communication (two way symmetrical-two way asymetrical) and (3) communication channel (media and interpersonal communication) with the stakeholders ownership attribute (power, legitimacy, urgency). Case study method is used in this qualitative research, and the data collective thecnique in this research is using indepth interview with the Public relation-comdev staff in PT BDM, source triangulation (students, reporter, and the chief of unions), documentation and after that it will analyzed by using pattern pairing technique. Stakeholder attribute mapping earns three prority of stakeholder in PT BDM which are the primary stakeholder priority (local government, the headman of the village near the mine, investor), secondary stakeholder priority (students), and the modest stakeholders priority (non government organization, PT BDM's employes, media). The communication model of public relation-comdev in PT BDM towards the each stakeholders are different, it dominated by two way symmetric-personal influence that apllied when the company face the primary stakeholders priority or the coalition stakeholderss, and the two way asymmetrical-personal influence applied when connecting with the secondary stakeholders priority, or when in a condition that company needs to make a fast respon.
