PROTOTYPE HOST TO HOST ANTARA PERGURUAN TINGGI DENGAN BANYAK BANK BERBASIS S

Sistem pembayaran biaya pendidikan di banyak perguruan tinggi di Indonesia sudah menggunakan sistem host to host. UIN Sunan Kalijaga sebagai salah satu institusi pendidikan yang memiliki banyak item pembayaran dan juga memiliki kerjasama dengan beberapa bank sudah menerapkan sistem host to host untuk biaya pendidikan. Regulasi yang kadang berubah di suatu perguruan tinggi perlu penanganan secara cepat untuk lebih memaksimalkan pelayanan kepada mahasiswa ataupun non mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan melakukan upaya sentralisasi perubahan sistem utama di satu tempat yang nantinya sistem utama tersebut diakses oleh host WSDL yang ada. Host WSDL difungsikan untuk meneruskan request dari host bank dan juga meneruskan response dari service utama setelah dipasangkan dengan tag XML yang sesuai. Service utama menjadi tempat pemrosesan syarat dan proses pembayaran. Mekanisme penyesuaian syarat dan juga regulasi pembayaran dengan metode ini diharapkan bisa mempermudah perubahan pada sistem host to host. Hasil penelitian ini adalah prototype sistem host to host yang memiliki satu service utama yang diakses oleh host WSDL serta program host WSDL yang melakukan request ke service utama serta menerima hasil kembalian dari service utama. Pemanfaatan service utama yang diakses oleh host WSDL ini bisa mempercepat perubahan regulasi yang terjadi di perguruan tinggi dalam menentukan syarat dan jenis pembayaran.

System of payment of tuition fees at many colleges in Indonesia are already using the system host to host. UIN Sunan Kalijaga as one of the educational institutions that have many items of payment and also have agreements with some banks are already implementing a system host to host for the cost of education. Regulations sometimes changed in a college need rapid treatment to further maximize services to students or non-students. This research was conducted by centralizing efforts of major system changes in one place that will be the primary system that accessed by the host of existing WSDL. Host WSDL enabled to forward a request from the host bank and also forwards the response from the main service once paired with the appropriate XML tags. The main service will be the main venue terms of processing and payment processing. Adjustment mechanism and regulation of the terms of payment by this method is expected to facilitate changes to the system host to host. Results of this research is host to host system prototype which has one main service that is accessed by the host WSDL and WSDL host programs that make requests to the main service and receive the results of the return of the main service. Utilization of the main service that is accessed by the host WSDL can accelerate regulatory changes that occurred in the college in determining the terms and types of payments.
