AUDIT ENERGI DAN ANALISIS PELUANG KONSERVASI ENERGI LISTRIK PADA SISTEM PENCAHAYAAN DAN PENDINGIN UDARA DI RUMAH SAKIT KRISTEN NGESTI WALUYO TEMANGGUNG

Usaha-usaha untuk menghemat energi di segala bidang semakin diperlukan karena terbatasnya sumber-sumber energi yang tersedia dan mahalnya biaya pemakaian energi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut melalui audit energi dan konservasi energi listrik di Rumah Sakit Kristen Ngesti Waluyo Temanggung. Dari data historis diketahui nilai IKE Rumah Sakit Kristen Ngesti Waluyo Temanggung adalah 151,56 kWh/m2 per tahun dan termasuk dalam kategori cukup efisien. Efisiensi penggunaan energi listrik di rumah sakit ini masih dapat ditingkatkan khususnya pada beban lampu dan AC. Dengan dilaksanakannya program konservasi energi listrik pada kedua beban tersebut, didapatkan penghematan penggunaan energi listrik masing-masing sebesar 32.569,10 kWh dan 115.687,48 kWh tiap tahun dengan kebutuhan biaya investasi untuk sistem pencahayaan sebesar Rp. 16.500.000,00 dan akan kembali dalam jangka waktu 4,15 bulan. Sedangkan investasi untuk sistem pendingin udara sebesar Rp. 336.550.000,00 dan akan kembali dalam jangka waktu 1,99 bulan. Setelah dilakukan implementasi konservasi energi listrik, Rumah Sakit Kristen Ngesti Waluyo Temanggung termasuk dalam kategori sangat efisien dengan nilai IKE sebesar 92,62 kWh/m2 per tahun.

Efforts to save energy in all areas are necessary because of the limited energy resources and the high cost of energy consumption. This study aims to help resolve the issue through energy audit and conservation of electrical energy in the Christian Hospital of Ngesti Waluyo Temanggung. From historical data, the ECI of Ngesti Waluyo's Christian Hospital Temanggung is 151.56 kWh/m2 per year which is in the category of efficient enough. Efficiency of energy use in the hospital can still be improved, especially at lighting and air conditioning loads. By implementing energy conservation program on the both electrical loads, the electrical energy usage savings obtained respectively by 32.569,10 kWh and 115.687,48 kWh per year, and the needs of the investment cost for the lighting system is Rp. 16.500.000,00 and will return in 4.15 months.While the needs of the investment cost for the air conditioning system is Rp. 336.550.000,00 and will return in 1.99 years. After the implementation of energy conservation of electricity, Ngesti Waluyo's Christian Hospital Temanggung can reach the very efficient category with value of ECI is 92,62 kWh/m2 per year.
