Banyak masyarakat tertarik dengan manfaat tanaman herbal kerena mudah didapatkan dan ramah lingkungan salah satunya adalah tanaman tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) Tujuan: Mencari nilai LC50 ekstrak infusa daun tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) terhadap larva Aedes aegypti, serta membuktikan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antara peningkatan konsentrasi ekstrak infusa daun tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) dengan mortalitas jumlah larva Aedes aegypti per satuan waktu. Metode: True experimental dengan post control group design. Hasil: Didapatkan hasil pada LC50 sebasar 4.297871% dan LC90 sebesar 10.9919% dimana semakin tajam garis regrsi (>1), menjelaskan bahwa penambahan dosis kecil dapat meningkatkan mortalitas larva dengan ketajaman sebesar 3.142901 dan menunjukkan bahwa penambahan dosis kecil ekstrak infusa daun tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) mempengaruhi mortalitas larva Aedes aegypti. Kesimpulan: Esktrak infusa daun tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) mempunyai efek larvisida terhadap larva nyamuk Aedes aegypti. Konsentrasi uji menunjukkan dimana penambahan konsentrasi ekstrak infusa daun tomat (Solanum lycopersicum L) dapat meningkatkan mortalitas terhadap larva Aedes aegypti.
Background:Dengue hemorrhagic fever is a problem in Indonesia. Efforts to overcome these disease problems in doing vector eradication. Many people are interested in the benefits of herbal plants because they are easily available and environmentally friendly one is tomato(Solanumlycopersicum L) Objective:Looking LC50 values infuse leaf extract tomatoes (Solanumlycopersicum L) against Aedesaegypti larvae, as well as proving the presence or absence of a relationship between an increased concentration of leaf extract infuse tomatoes (Solanumlycopersicum L) with a mortality of larvae of Aedesaegypti amount per unit time. Methods:True experimental with post control group design. Results: There were results at 4.297871% is LC50 and LC90 of 10.9919% where the sharper lines regrsi (> 1), suggest that adding small doses can increase the mortality of larvae with the sharpness of 3.142901 and showed that the addition of small doses of the leaf extract infuse tomatoes (Solanumlycopersicum L) affects the mortality of larvae of Aedesaegypti. Conclusion: The extract of the leaves infuse tomatoes (Solanumlycopersicum L) has the effect of larvicide against Aedesaegypti larvae. The concentration of the test showed that the addition of infusion leaf extract concentration tomatoes (Solanumlycopersicum L) may increase mortality against larvae of Aedesaegypti.
