Tinjauan hukum terhadap alas hak tanah sompa yang dimiliki oleh isteri dikabupaten Bone dilaksanakan untuk mengetahui proses pengalihan hak tanah sompa dari pihak suami kepada pihak isteri di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone, Status hukum alas hak tanah sompa yang dimiliki oleh isteri pada masyarakat adat di Kecamatan Tanete Riattang Barat Kabupaten Bone, dan bentuk upaya-upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh oleh pihak istri apabila terjadi konflik atau sengketa terhadap tanah sompa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian yuridis empiris dengan sifat penelitian deskriptif data penelitian menggunakan data primer dan sekunder yang diperoleh dari lapangan dan kepustakaan, subyek penelitian terdiri dari responden dan narasumber. Narasumber ditentukan dengan teknik purposive sampling data yang telah diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode kualitatif yang kemudian dipaparkan dalam bentuk kalimat deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut; 1)Tanah sompa yang dimiliki oleh isteri pada masyarakat adat di Kabupaten Bone harus segera diurus pengalihannya ke PPAT 2)Proses pengalihan hak tanah sompa dari pihak suami kepada pihak isteri di Kabupaten Bone tejadi pada saat terjadinya ijab qabul dan 3)Upaya hukum yang dapat ditempuh oleh pihak isteri apabila terjadi konflik atau sengketa dapat menempuh jalur litigasi dan non litigasi.

This type of research is empirical juridical by nature descriptive study research data using primary and secondary data obtained from the field and literature, study subjects consisted of respondents and informants. Informant is determined by using purposive sampling data have been analyzed using qualitative methods are then presented in the form of descriptive sentences. Based on the research results can be concluded as follows; 1) Sompa land owned by the wife of the indigenous peoples in Bone regency should be immediately taken care of their transfer to PPAT 2) The process of transfer of Sompa land rights from the husband to the wife in Bone regency occurred at the time of consent qabul and 3) legal action that can be taken by the wife in case of conflict or dispute can take the path of litigation and non-litigation
