Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Kepuasan Pengguna Dalam Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara (SIMAKBMN) Universitas Gadjah Mada

Pengelolaan aset yang transparan dan akuntabel di Universitas Gadjah Mada secara mandatory menggunakan Sistem Informasi Manajemen dan Akuntansi Barang Milik Negara (SIMAK BMN. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kepuasan pengguna SIMAK BMN di Universitas Gadjah Mada yang diukur berdasarkan End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS). Penelitian menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan teknik kuantitatif. Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah para pejabat pengelola aset dan pembantu pengelola aset di lingkungan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Sampel penelitian yang dipergunakan sejumlah 73 orang. Alat analisis yang dipergunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, regresi linear berganda, uji multikolinearitas, uji Fdan uji t. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIMAK BMN di UGM dipengaruhi positif oleh faktor-faktor tampilan (format), kemudahan menggunakan (easy of use), dukungan organisasi (organizational support), persepsi kegunaan (perceived usefulness. Faktor-faktor muatan/isi (content), akurasi (accuracy), dan ketepatan waktu (timelines) masih berpengaruh negatif terhadap tingkat kepuasan pengguna SIMAK BMN di UGM.

This research aims to evaluate the users of SIMAK BMN satisfaction in Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM). The satisfaction is measured using the users satisfaction with the components of End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) where among others consist of content, accuracy, format, ease of use, timeliness with the additional components organizational support, and perceived usefulness. The research uses the descriptive analysis method with quantitative technic. The population of this research is the assets management officers and the assistant of assets management officers in the internal UGM. The sample of the research is being used by 73 people. The analysis tools used in this research are validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression, multicollinearity test, F test, and t test. The research provides us the information that the level of SIMAK BMN users satisfaction is positively affected by the factors such as format, ease of use, organizational support, and perceived usefulness. The factors, like content, accuracy, timelines remain give negative effect towards the level of satisfaction of the users of SIMAK BMN in UGM.
