Analisis Persepsi dan Kepuasan Mahasiswa Terhadap Pemanfaatan eLisa Dalam Mendukung Proses Pembelajaran (Studi Kasus di Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian Fakultas Pertanian UGM)

Perkembangan Teknologi Informasi (TI) membawa konsekuensi pada perubahan konsep dan mekanisme pembelajaran mengarah pada pembelajaran berbasis TI. Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian UGM merupakan bagian dari Universitas Gadjah Mada yang sudah menerapkan e-learning dengan sebutan eLisa untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran. Tujuan utama penelitian adalah mengetahui persepsi dan kepuasan mahasiswa terhadap penerapan proses pembelajaran dengan menggunakan eLisa di Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian UGM. Penelitian dilaksanakan dengan metoda deskriptif analisis dengan teknik kuantitatif dan kualitatif berupa analisis perbandingan, pendalaman serta wawancara terstruktur. Sampel yang menjadi responden adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian sejumlah 150 orang. Untuk menggali informasi lebih dalam serta sebagai langkah cross check dilakukan juga wawancara kepada responden mahasiswa, dosen dan pengelola (admin) eLisa di lingkungan Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian. Hasil penelitian memberikan informasi bahwa pemanfaatan eLisa di Jurusan Budidaya Pertanian UGM ditentukan oleh persepsi dan tingkat kepuasan mahasiswa. Penggunaan eLisa dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa dan kinerja mahasiswa meningkat sehingga mampu mendorong mahasiswa untuk mencapai hasil belajar yang lebih tinggi.

The development of Information Technology (IT) has consequences on the change of concept and learning mechanisms, leading to IT based learning. Department of Agriculture is part of Universiti's Gadjah Mada (UGM) that has implemented e-learning namely eLisa to support the learning process. The aim of the research was to investigate the perception and satisfaction of students in facing the implementation of e-learning model by using eLisa at the Department of Agriculture UGM. The research was conducted by applying the descriptive analysis method with quantitative and qualitative techniques such as comparative analysis, as well as in depth and structured interview. The 150 number of respondents were representative of population students. In order to obtain more information and to conduct cross-checking, interview was also carried out to the students, lecturer, and administrative staff eLisa at Department of Agriculture UGM. The results of this research show that the utilization of eLisa at Department of Agriculture UGM is determined by the perception of students and the satisfaction level. Therefore, the use of eLisa can improve the motivation, performance, also encourage the students to achieve higher learning outcomes.
