Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Siswa Baru Kelas Olahraga Berbasis Web SMA N 1 Sewon

Pengelolaan data penerimaan siswa baru pada SMA N 1 Sewon pada kelas khusus olahraga masih menggunakan sistem yang sederhana. Pengisian formulir masih menggunakan fasilitas dari googledocsdan pengelolaan data calon siswa masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Hal ini menyebabakan proses pengelolaan data kurang efektif dan optimal. Selain itu, bagi calon siswa harus datang ke sekolah untuk mengetahui status verifikasi data calon siswa yang digunakan untuk kebutuhan tes selanjutnya. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem informasi yang mampu melakukan perekapan data calon siswa, pencetakan laporan, dan penyampaian informasi agar lebih efisien. Sistem informasi penerimaan siswa baru ini dibuat untuk mendata, mengolah, dan menyimpan data calon siswa kelas khususolahraga di SMA N 1 Sewon. Sistem ini menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dibantu dengan frameworkCodeigniter. Selain itu, dengan adanya Javascript membuat tampilan lebih interaktif. Sistem ini menggunakan MySQL untuk pengolahan basis datanya. Sistem ini mampu mengelola data-data calon siswa. Calon siswa melengkapi data-data yang dibutuhkan. Sistem kemudian akan menyimpan data calon siswa kemudianmenampilkan status verifikasi berkas dan hasil seleksi.

Student admission data management at SMA N 1 Sewon on a special class sport still using a simple system. In addition, for prospective students must come to school to find out the status of the data verification prospective students who used to need further tests. Therefore needed an information system that is able to perform the data reports prospective students, printing reports, and deliver information more efficiently. Information system for student admission is designed to record, process, and store data prospective students special classes sport in SMA N 1 Sewon. This system uses the PHP programming language supported by framework CodeIgniter. In addition, the presence of Javascript makes the display more interactive. This system uses MySQL for its database processing. This system is able to manage the data of prospective students. Prospective students complete the required data. Then the system will save the data of prospective students and then displays the status of file verification and selection results.
