PERAN LEMBAGA KEUANGAN MIKRO (lkm) PADA RESILIENSI MASYARAKAT PASCA BENCANA (STUDI KASUS KUD SUBUR, KECAMATAN KEPUNG, KABUPATEN KEDIRI PASCA BENCANA GUNUNGAPI KELUD 2014)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran Lembaga Keuangan Mikro (LKM) dan resiliensi masyarakat pasca bencana, serta pengaruh keduanya, yang diukur dengan menggunakan variabel time, leverage, refuge, dan development terhadap income. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah anggota KUD Subur yang bermata pencaharian sebagai petani dan pedagang. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling digunakan untuk memilih sampel dan diperoleh 97 sampel. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linear sederhana menggunakan bantuan software SPSS 15.0 for Windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan LKM diakui masyarakat memiliki peran strategis sebagai intermediasi aktivitas perekonomian pasca bencana. KUD Subur merupakan salah satu jenis LKM yang memiliki peran pasca bencana Gunungapi Kelud 2014. Resiliensi anggota KUD Subur yang bermatapencaharian sebagai petani tergolong dalam kategori sedang, sedangkan untuk anggota KUD Subur yang bermatapencaharian sebagai pedagang tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. Hasil uji hipotesis pun menunjukkan bahwa variabel time, leverage, refuge, dan development secara simultan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap income. Penelitian berpengaruh secara parsial dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% menunjukkan hanya variabel leverage yang berpengaruh terhadap income.

This study aims to examine the role of microfinance institutions (MFIs) and post- disaster community resilience, as well as the influence of both, which is measured by using a variable time, leverage, refuge, and the development of the income. The population in this study are members of KUD Subur who are farmers and traders. Proportional Stratified Random Sampling was used to select the sample and obtained 97 samples. Researcher use qualitative and quantitative approaches with simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 15.0 for Windows. The results showed that the community recognized the existence of MFIs have a strategic role as intermediary post-disaster economic activities. KUD Subur is one of the MFIs that have a role in post-disaster of Kelud Volcano 2014. Resilience of KUD Subur members that livelihood as farmers classified in the moderate category, while for members of KUD Subur that livelihood as traders classified in the high category. Hypothesis test results also show that the variable time, leverage, refuge, and development simultaneously significant positive effect on income. The research is partially affected by the 5% significance level shows only the variables leverage that affect income.
