PT Kepurun Pawana Indonesia termasuk industri yang bergerak menjalankan usaha di bidang Agribusiness dan Agroindustries yang meliputi usaha-usaha Pertanian, Peternakan, Perikanan, Pengolahan dan dalam operasi usahanya mengacu pada system dan manajemen agribusiness. PT. Kepurun Pawana Indonesia mempunyai unit pengolahan yang melayani produksi keripik buah, bakso, nugget. Metode yang digunakan adalah perhitungan produktivitas parsial dan total dengan menggunakan metode APC (The American Productivity Center). Pada model APC dapat menentukan tingkat produktivitas, tingkat profitabilitas serta perbaikan harga perusahaan. Hal tersebut diukur dengan menggunakan input input seperti modal, produk, energi dan bahan baku. Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran menunjukan bahwa tingkat produktivitas total mengalami peningkatan 1,293 %, profitabilitas total mengalami penurunan 4,614 % serta perbaikan harga total mengalami penurunan 5,832 %. Indeks produktivitas parsial bahan baku 84,468 %, . Indeks produktivitas parsial energi 121,719 %, . Indeks produktivitas parsial tenaga kerja 127,596 %, . Indeks produktivitas parsial modal 112,264 %.

PT Kepurun Pawana Indonesia including the moving industry to engage in the Agribusiness and Agroindustries which includes efforts of Agriculture, livestock, Fisheries, processing and in business operations and management system refers to agribusiness. PT. Kepurun Pawana Indonesia has a processing unit that serves the production of fruit chips, meatballs, nuggets. The method used is the calculation of partial and total productivity using APC (The American Productivity Center). At APC models can determine the level of productivity, profitability and improvement of the company's pricing. It is measured using inputs such as capital inputs, products, energy and raw materials. Based on the measurement results show that the level of total productivity has increased 1,293%, total profitability decreased 4.614% and the improvement of the total price has decreased 5.832%. Partial productivity index of raw materials 84.468%. Partial productivity index of energy 121.719%. Partial labor productivity index 127.596%. Partial productivity index 112.264% of capital.
