Partisipasi Perempuan Pada Monitoring dan Evaluasi dan Peran Pada Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah Arta Kusumaningrum 12/339441/PMU/7492 Intisari Penelitian ini dilakukan di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi perempuan pada program pemberdayaan perempuan "Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Kelautan dan Perikanan/Pesisir (PEMP) or Economic Empowerment for Marine and Fisheries/Coastal Society Program" in Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah, (2) untuk mengetahui allokasi waktu perempuan untuk peran domestik, peran sosial, dan peran ekonomi di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah, dan (3) untuk mengalisis penerimaan rumah tangga di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan mixed method. Methode mixed method yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Metode kuantitatif menggunakan penelitian survey, sedangkan metode kualitatif digunakan untuk mendukung data kuantitatif. Interval kelas digunakan untuk menganalisis partisipasi perempuan di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, t-test digunakan untuk menganalisis alokasi waktu perempuan di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, dan total penerimaan (rumah tangga) digunakan untuk menganalisis penerimaan rumah tangga di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) level partisipasi perempuan pada program pemberdayaan perempuan di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah dapat dikategorikan sebagai pseudo participation/partisipasi semu (53,33%), (2) perbedaan rata-rata alokasi waktu perempuan untuk peran domestic, peran sosial, dan peran ekonomi adalah signifikan yaitu masing-masing sebesar 6,44 jam/hari, 1,56 jam/hari, and 7,35 jam/hari, dan (3) total penerimaan rumah tangga di Daerah Pesisir Kabupaten Purworejo, Jawa Tengah adalah Rp 116.438.463,00 Rp/thn.

Women's Participation on Monitoring and Evaluation and the Role on Economic Empowerment Program in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, Central Java Arta Kusumaningrum 12/339441/PMU/7492 Abstract This research was conducted in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, Central Java. The objectives of this research were (1) to determine the level of women's participation on women empowerment program, so called "Program Pemberdayaan Ekonomi Masyarakat Kelautan dan Perikanan/Pesisir (PEMP) or Economic Empowerment for Marine and Fisheries/Coastal Society Program" in coastal areas of Purworejo District, Central Java, (2) to determine women's time allocation for domestic role, social role, and economic role in coastal areas of Purworejo District, Central Java, and (3) to analyze the revenue on the household in coastal areas of Purworejo District, Central Java. The approach in the research was mixed method. The mixed method applied combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis. The quantitative method used survey research, while qualitative method was applied to support a collected data from quantitative method. Interval class were used to analyze the women participation level in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, t-test were used to analyze the women's time allocation in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, and total revenue of (household) was used to analyze the revenue on household in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District. The study results showed that: (1) the level of women's participation on the women empowerment program in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, Central Java can be categorized as at pseudo participation (53.33%), (2) the average difference of time allocation of women for domestic roles, social roles, and economic roles was statistically significant of 6.44 hours/day, 1.56 hours/day, and 7.35 hours/day respectively, and (3) the total household revenue in Coastal Areas of Purworejo District, Central Java is 116,438,463.00 (IDR/year).
