PENGUKURAN PRODUKTIVITAS DI PT. MADUSARI NUSAPERDANA BOYOLALI

PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali merupakan yang bergerak pada bidang pangan, khususnya di industri olahan daging berupa produksi sosis siap makan dengan merek dagang Kimbo Reddi. Banyaknya industri lain yang bergerak di bidang yang sama, mengharuskan perusahaan ini untuk terus memperbaiki semua aspek yang ada di perusahaan, baik yang berasal dari luar maupun dalam. Salah satu upaya perbaikan yang bisa dilakukanan yaitu dengan meningkatkan produktivitas dari perusahaan tersebut. Hal ini yang mendasari adanya penulisan tugas akhir ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui indeks produktivitas bahan baku dan tenaga kerja, serta mengetahui rasio yang signifikan mempengaruhi perubahan indeks produktivitas pada produksi sosis di PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali. Pengukuran produktivitas difokuskan pada 4 rasio yang menurut pihak perusahaan memiliki pengaruh tinggi terhadap perubahan produktivitas di perusahaan tersebut, dengan periode pengukuran dilakukan pada bulan Mei 2014sebagai periode dasar, bulan Juni, dan bulan Juli 2014. Pengukuran produktivitas ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Objective Matrix (OMAX). Indeks perubahan produktivitas untuk bulan Juni dan bulan Juli mengalami peningkatan produktivitas, namun peningkatan produktivitas pada bulan Juli mengalami lebih kecil dari bulan Juni. Hal tersebut dipengaruhi oleh rasio output terhadap penggunaan bahan baku sebesar 33,33%, rasio absen terhadap jam kerja tersedia dan rasio produk cacat terhadap output sebesar 23,33%, serta pengaruh terkecil karenakan rasio output terhadap jam kerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 20%.

PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali is engaged in the field of food, especially in the meat processing industry such as the production of sausages ready to eat with brand Kimbo Reddi. Many other industries engaged in the same, requiring the company to continue to improve every aspect of the company, both from outside and inside. One improvement that could be done is to increase the productivity of the company. This is the underlying presence of this thesis. This study aims to determine the productivity index of raw materials and labor, as well as knowing the ratio of index changes that significantly affect productivity in the production of sausages in PT. Madusari Nusaperdana Boyolali. Productivity measurement is focused on 4 ratio according to the company have a high influence on changes in productivity in the enterprise, with the measurement period was conducted in May 2014 as a base period, in June, and in July 2014. Productivity measurement is done by using Objective Matrix (OMAX). Productivity change index for the month of June and July have increased productivity, but increase productivity in July suffered less than in June. It is influenced by the ratio of output to the use of raw materials amounted to 33.33%, the ratio of absence to work hours available and the ratio of defective products against an output of 23.33%, and the smallest effect because of the ratio of output to hours worked is equal to 20% of employees.
