ANALISIS METODE KERJA PADA STASIUN KERJA PENGERINGAN DI PT. PAGILARAN UNIT PRODUKSI JATILAWANG

PT. Pagilaran Unit Produksi Jatilawang merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi teh hitam. Mesin dan peralatan yang digunakan berukuran cukup besar sehingga memaksa pekerja untuk menyesuaikan postur kerjanya dengan mesin yang dipakainya. Hal ini menimbulkan masalah ergonomi khususnya berhubungan dengan Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis masalah ergonomi pada pekerja stasiun kerja pengeringan berdasarkan postur kerja dan beban kerja guna mencari solusi agar para pekerja terhindar dari resiko MSDs. Beberapa metode penilaian kerja yang dipakai diantaranya, Nordic Body Map (NBM) merupakan salah satu bentuk kuesioner checklist ergonomi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui ketidaknyamanan pada bagian tubuh akibat kerja. Rapid Entire Body Assissment (REBA) adalah suatu metode dalam bidang ergonomi yang digunakan secara cepat untuk menilai postur leher, punggung, lengan, pergelangan tangan dan kaki seorang pekerja. Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) merupakan rekomendasi batas beban yang dapat diangkat oleh manusia tanpa menimbulkan cidera meskipun pekerjaan tersebut dilakukan secara berulang-ulang dan dalam jangka waktu yang cukup lama. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk operator 1 yang bertugas memindahkan bubuk teh basah ke ruang pengering serta menata baki keatas troli, dapat diketahui bahwa berdasarkan kuesioner NBM menunjukkan peningkatan rasa sakit sebesar 35,7%, berdasarkan perhitungan REBA diperoleh skor masing-masing sebesar 7, berdasarkan perhitungan RWL diperoleh nilai Lifting Index (LI) asal sebesar 1,7 serta LI tujuan 1,97. Untuk operator 2 yang bertugas memindahkan bubuk teh basah ke mesin pengering serta memasukkan bubuk teh kering kedalam karung mengalami peningkatan rasa sakit sebesar 35,8%, skor REBA masing-masing 9 dan 5, serta nilai LI asal dan tujuan masing-masing sebesar 5,6 dan 3,02. Untuk operator 3 yang bertugas mengeluarkan bubuk teh kering dari mesin pengering serta menaikkan bubuk teh kering keatas meja pendingin mengalami peningkatan rasa sakit sebesar 21,4%, skor REBA masing-masing 10 dan 11, serta nilai LI asal dan tujuan masing-masing sebesar 2,5 dan 3,04. Oleh karena itu perlu dilakukan perbaikan metode kerja diantaranya memperbaiki postur kerja dengan cara bekerja secara tegap, mengurangi berat pengangkatan, serta memanfaatkan waktu istirahat sebaik mungkin.

PT. Pagilaran Jatilawang Production Unit is a company engaged in the production of black tea. Machinery and equipment used is large enough to force workers to adjust his posture to the machine they used. That’s make many problem related to ergonomics Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDs). The purpose of this research is to analyze the issue of ergonomics at drying work stations workers by working posture and workload in order to find a solution to the workers avoid the risk of MSDs. Some methods used include Nordic Body Map (NBM) is one form of ergonomics checklist questionnaire used to determine the discomfort on the part of the body caused by work. Rapid Entire Body Assissment (REBA) is a method in the field of ergonomics are used to assess the posture of the neck, back, arms, wrists and feet of a worker quickly. Recommended Weight Limit (RWL) is a recommendation that the load limit can be lifted by humans without causing injury even though the work is carried out repeatedly and in a considerable period of time. Results of this research is the first operator in charge of moving the wet tea powder into the drying chamber and set the upper tray trolley, it can be seen that the NBM based questionnaire showed an increase pain of 35.7%, based on the calculation REBA score obtained respectively by 7, based on calculating RWL obtained the value of Lifting Index (LI) origin score is 1.7 and destination score is 1.97. For the second operator in charge of moving the wet tea powder into the dryer machine and enter dried tea powder into sacks has increased pain 35.8%, REBA score respectively are 9 and 5, the value of LI origin score is 5.6 and destination score is 3.02. For the third operator in charge of take the dried tea powder outside from the dryer and lifting dried tea powder to cooling table has increased pain 21.4%, REBA scores respectively 10 and 11, the value of LI origin score is 2.5 and destination score is 3.04. Therefore, it is necessary to repair the working methods, there are correcting working posture by working as a well-built, reducing the weight of lifting, and take advantage of a break as possible.
