Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas aplikasi SILABI yang digunakan bendahara pengeluaran UGM. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Direktorat Keuangan UGM, sedangkan yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah efektivitas aplikasi SILABI yang digunakan bendahara pengeluaran UGM. Cara untuk menilai efektivitas yaitu dengan menggunakan tiga kriteria efektivitas yaitu (1) Aplikasi Tersebut Tingkat Penggunaannya Relatif Tinggi, (2) Kepuasan Pengguna Aplikasi, (3) Sikap yang Menguntungkan Pengguna Terhadap Sistem Informasi. Data dikumpulkan dengan metode wawancara,observasi, dokumentasi, dan studi pustaka. Kemudian, data tersebut dianalisis dengan teknik kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ketiga kriteria efektivitas memberikan jawaban ya terhadap aplikasi SILABI. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi SILABI memenuhi semua kriteria efektivitas yang sudah ditentukan. Sehingga, hasil analisis efektivitas secara keseluruhan adalah aplikasi SILABI efektif untuk digunakan bendahara pengeluaran UGM. Kata kunci: efektivitas dan aplikasi SILABI.

The aims of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the application used SILABI treasurer UGM. Subjects in this study were UGM Directorate of Finance, while the object of this study is the effectiveness of the application used SILABI treasurer UGM. The way to assess the effectiveness is by using three criteria for effectiveness: (1) Application Such use is Relatively High Level, (2) Application User Satisfaction, (3) User's Attitudes Favorable Against Information Systems. Data were collected by interview, observation, documentation, and literature. Then, the data is analyzed using qualitative techniques. The results showed the effectiveness of the three criteria give the answer yes to the application SILABI. This indicates that the application meets all the criteria of effectiveness SILABI that has been determined. Thus, the result of the analysis of the overall effectiveness is effective to use application SILABI treasurer UGM. Keywords: effectiveness and application SILABI.
