Penyelesaian Perselisihan Hubungan Industrial yaitu pebedaan pendapat yang mengakibatkan pertentangan antara pengusaha atau gabungan pengusaha dengan pekerja/buruh atau serikat pekerja/serikat buruh karena adanya perselisihan mengenai hak, peselisihan kepentingan, perselisihan pemutusan hubungan kerja dan perselisihan antara serikat pekerja/serikat buruh dalam satu perusahaan. Praktik Kerja Lapangan merupakan suatu kegiatan yang dilakukan mahasiswa dengan turut serta secara nyata dan langsung terjun dalam kegiatan kerja pada suatu Instansi, Lembaga, atau Perusahaan. Pada kesempatan ini penulis diberikan kesempatan untuk melaksanakan Praktik kerja lapangan di Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Sosial Kabupaten Sleman. Dengan Praktik Kerja Lapangan, penulis bisa Menerapkan keterampilan teori-teori yang sudah didapatkan oleh penulis selama perkuliahan 5 (lima) semester secara nyata di dunia kerja. Hal tersebut bertujuan meningkatkan kualitas keterampilan, kedisiplinan, dan profesional penulis untuk menjadi calon Ahli Madya Hukum dan Paralegal yg berkualitas dan juga sebagai tolak ukur keberhasilan dalam pendidikan perkuliahan terhadap mahasiswa. Berdasarkan Praktik Kerja Lapangan yang telah di laksanakan oleh penulis, penulis mendapatkan wawasan mengenai hunbungan industrial dan penyelesaian perselisihannya dan Mengetahui tahapan-tahapan dan proses penyelesaian perselisihan hubungan industrial melaui mediasi dari mulai awal hingga selesainya perselisihan hubungan industrial.

Industrial Dispute Settlement is a difference of opinion which resulted in conflict between employers or joint employers and workers / laborers or trade unions / labor due to a dispute about the rights, interests dispute, termination of employment disputes and disputes between trade unions / labor unions in one company. Practice Field Work is an activity undertaken by students participating in a real and immediate plunge in work activities at a Agency, Organization, or the Company. In this moment I was given the opportunity to carry out the field work practices in the Department of Labor and Social Sleman regency. With Field Work Practice, authors can Apply skills theories which have been obtained by the author during the course of 5 (five) semesters in the real world of work. It aims to improve the quality of skills, discipline, and professional writer to become a candidate for Legal and Paralegal Associate Expert who qualified and also as a measure of success in college education to students. Based Practice Field Work that has been carried on by writers, authors gain insights into Dispute industrial and dispute settlement and Knowing the stages and process of the settlement of industrial disputes through the mediation of the early start to the completion of the industrial dispute.
