ANALISIS DAYA DUKUNG KELOMPOK PONDASI TIANG PANCANG PADA PEMBANGUNAN MENARA PERMAINAN JOGJA BAY ADVENTURE PIRATES WATERPARK

Peningkatan Jumlah wisatawan ke Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) menambah pertumbuhan pembangunan area wisata. Wisata di Yogyakarta di dominasi oleh wisata Budaya, pantai, dan wisata sejarah. Maka dari itu PT Taman Wisata Jogja (TWJ) yang disini selaku owner dari proyek pembangunan wisata Jogja Bay Adventure Pirates Waterpark membangun taman wisata air yang masih terbilang sedikit di Yogyakarta. Tujuan penulisan laporan ini adalah untuk mengetahui daya dukung dan penurunan yang terjadi pada kelompok pondasi pancang dari hasil uji sondir. Metode dalam laporan ini adalah metode observasi, studi pustaka, analisis menggunakan metode mayerhoff dan metode yang dipelajari selama peerkuliahan. hasil analisa menunjukan nilai daya dukung ijin pondasi tiang pancang sedalam 5,2 m, dimensi 25 cm x 25 cm dengan jumlah tiang 4 sebesar 74 ton, kemudia kelompok pondasi tiang pancang dengan jumlah tiang 5 sebesar 92,4 ton, sedangkan kelompok pondasi dengan jumlah tiang 9 sebesar 166,4 ton. Jumlah pondasi dengan jumlah tiang 4 ada 4 buah pondasu, 5 tiang 4 pondasi, sedangkan yang 9 tiang hanya ada 1 pondasi, jadi jumlah keseluruhan pondasi ada 9 pondasi. Hasil analisa juga menunjukan bahwa nilai penurunan yang relatif besar hingga mencapai 29 cm. Maka dari itu perlu dilakukan pelebaran pile cap atau pemasangan tie beam, agar penurunan yang terjadi menjadi lebih kecil.

Therefore Pt. Taman Wisata Jogja (TWJ) as the owner of tourist development projects Jogja Bad Adventure Pirates Waterpark builds a garden water tourism still considered a little at Yogyakarta. The purpose of writing the report is to know capacity and a decrease that half of the stake of foundation testing shows sondir.The method in this report is the observation,the libray,mayerhoff and methods of analysis using methods that have been studied during lecture. The results of the analysis showed the value of a capacity the foundation of piles 5,2 meters deep, dimensions 25 x 25 centimeters with the number of the 4 of 74 tons, then a group of the foundation of the stake with the number of the 5 of 92,4 tons, while the foundation by the number of the 9 must of 166,4 tons. The number of the foundation by the number of a mast 4 are of the foundation 4, 5 a mast there were four the foundation, while the 9 a must there was only one the foundation, so the whole quantity the foundation of the foundationthere were 9. The results of the analysis also indicated that the relative decline of up to 29 centimeters. Therefore need to be widening of the pile cap or the isntallation of tie beam, to a decreas that happens to be smaller.
