PENGEMBANGAN POTENSI SUMBER DAYA AIR DI SEKITAR MUARA SUNGAI OPAK DALAM MENDUKUNG PENYEDIAAN AIR BERSIH UNTUK OBJEK WISATA PARANGTRITIS

Air merupakan salah satu sumber daya alam yang memilliki fungsi sangat penting bagi hidup dan kehidupan seluruh makhluk hidup, termasuk manusia. Air adalah asal muasal dari segala macam bentuk kehidupan di planet bumi ini. Dari air bermula kehidupan dan karena air peradaban tumbuh dan berkembang. Tanpa air, berbagai proses kehidupan tidak dapat berlangsung, sehingga penyediaan air baku untuk kehidupan domestik, irigasi, dan industri menjadi perhatian dan prioritas utama. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis besarnya kebutuhan air bersih dan penyediaan air bersih di Desa Parangtritis sesuai besarnya jumlah penduduk yang ada. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian berupa data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode pendekatan diantaranya, metode wawancara, metode sampling, metode observasi, dan pengumpulan data dari berbagai sumber terkait hal tersebut. Hasil analisis dari penelitian, pelaksanaan, dan pembahasan ini diperoleh behwa potensi sumber daya air di sekitar muara sungai Opak dalam penyediaan air bersih untuk objek wisata Parangtritis mencakup kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Parangtritis per kapita sebesar 0,00080 liter/detik dengan jumlah keseluruan pada seluruh Desa Parangtritis mencapai 6,56 liter/detik. Kebutuhan air bersih dengan proyeksi tahun 2019 atau 5 tahun yang akan datang mencapai 9,05 liter/detik untuk kebutuhan domestik dan jika kebutuhan non domestik diasumsikan sebesar 30% dari kebutuhan penduduk, maka kebutuhan air bersih mencapai 2,71 liter/detik. Total kebutuhan air bersih di Desa Parangtritis sebesar 11,88 liter/detik. Untuk sektor pariwisata, kebutuhan air bersih mencapai 1,5 liter/detik/hektar dan untuk keperluan hotel/losmen mencapai 1,73 liter/detik/unit.

Water is one of the excellent natural resources functions which is essential for life and rest of living creatures, including humans. Water is the origin of all sorts of life forms on this planet Earth. From water the life was began and because the water civilizations grew and flourished. Without water, life processes cannot take place, so that the raw water supply fordomestic, irrigation, and industrial are concern and priority. The purpose of this research is to analyze the magnitude of the need clean water and a clean water supply in the Parangtritis village of corresponding magnitude of the population there. The data used in the research in the form of primary and secondary data. The colecting data method is using the approach method, sampling method, interviewing method, observation method, and data collection from a variety of sources associated with it. The results of the analysis of the research, implementation, and this discussion believe is that the potential of water resources in the vicinity of the Opak River estuary in the provision of clean water to Parangtritis sights include the needs of clean water in the village of Parangtritis per capita amounted to 0,00080 litres/sec with the number of the entire Parangtritis Villages reached 6,56 litres/sec. Clean water needs by the year 2019 projection or the coming 5 years reached 9,05 litres/sec for domestic needs and if domestic needs assumed by 30% of the needs of the population, then it needs clean water reached 2,71 litres/sec. The total needs of clean water in the Parangtritis Village is 11,88 liters/sec. For the tourism sector, the need for clean water reaches 1.5 liters/sec/hectare and for the purposes of hotels/motels reach 1,73 liter/sec/units.
